Clean spacious room with jacuzzi tub. Nice location only thing that sucks is the parking lot. Way to small and people don't know how to park. The housekeeping crew was on it when I needed something so I appreciate that. Also nice nice big TV with lots of apps and stuff to watch. I will return.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. They are old but taken care of. Beds are comfy but the blankets need to change. Only a thin blanket needs a comforter. Kitchen works well, lots of open windows so plenty of air. Ac works ok but there is a fan. Great views and nice balcony. Close to downtown do.loxation is great. Pool is simple but clean. Beware of the extra person charge and the rules. I felt a little uneasy but was not bothered. Front staff is respect but not friendly. Overall good bang for your buck but I think I will try somewhere else next time just because of the feeling of being watched. Oh and parking is slim and tight. It is dog friendly.

Great location! Easy to walk to the main beach and restaurants/shops. The customer service was great and always prompt. For the great price you can expect lower quality towels and toiletries but our room had a musty smell to it and even with the fan on and windows open, the smell persisted :(

#BeachwalkerReview My husband decided to plan a last minute beach trip since we had to cancel our last one. We looked around for hotels that were available Friday - Monday. All other hotels were either completely booked or the prices were outrageous for even just one night. I found Beach Walker Inn and they had one room left which was their Junior Suite. We had never stayed at this hotel before so we were nervous as we read the reviews on the way out of town. However, I did notice that most of the bad reviews were from 1+ years ago. Our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the whole weekend. We did have a little hiccup with our shower, but it was resolved quickly. The Junior Suite, offers a 5-jet shower and a large private jetted tub. Our first morning there, my husband, heaven forbid, had to use the tub. He texted management and they were at our door in less than 2 minutes. One of the handles needed to be replaced and they had their maintenance guy there asap while we went into town. We received a text that our shower was fixed and got to enjoy it for the rest of the weekend. My husband and I are very picky about beds. When we saw that it was a spring bed, we were hesitant, but we had the best sleep of our lives. Those beds are comfy and we slept through the night which came as a shock to us the first morning. The blankets are thin, but that didn’t bother us. We had 3 on the bed and a heating unit above the bed which worked great! We brought our 10 month old for the first time and it was great. The hotel is quiet and we couldn’t hear any other babies crying in other rooms. The walls are pretty solid. The room is very spacious in the Junior Suite. We had a pack-n-play and it fit perfectly. With our luggage all around, we still had room to open our stroller or wagon inside the room and get our son ready. The location is everything. It’s on Dolliver and Stimson which is two blocks up and over from any place we wanted to go. We walked everywhere the entire weekend. Great places within walking distance from the hotel include the pier, all the stores on Pomeroy Ave, Old West Cinnamon Rolls, Beachin’ Biscuits, Cacti Coffee Roasters, Cracked Crab, and plenty more. There’s even a small park right past the Blue Seal Inn. The parking is a little tight but management notified us about before we booked the room. Honestly, it wasn’t an issue for us and we own a 2023 GMC Sierra. We had it parked the whole weekend and only used it once on Sunday. There was plenty of parking available in the lot and the spots are a good size. The lot itself if just small. The cleaning service was great. We had fresh towels and emptied trash cans every single day. So many hotels we’ve stayed at where you had to call and ask for them to even come to your room. The only issue we had with our stay is that we would love it if there was some form of heating on the guest patio. They have 4 tables on the patios to relax at which we really enjoyed, but there are no heaters and it got chilly up there. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we’d definitely stay here again. Management was nice and were prompt with anything we needed. I did see a review regarding a “creepy man” around the hotel. We met that man and he was also nice. I personally think creepy is a mean word to use. We believe he is the owner’s father and he didn’t seem to speak English so when we said good morning he didn’t really respond. However, he did smile at us and he’d wave to our son as he took his walks around the hotel every so often. Any of the issues we saw in the reviews were not any that we had. Management wasn’t rude, our bedding was clean, the price of the room was reasonable, the room didn’t smell, we had a “privacy please” card for the door, plenty of garbage cans inside and outside. The reviews are outdated. Great stay and worth it!

This place was amazing. The owner was super helpful and accommodating. Few minute walk to the beach with a deck with ocean view. The room was super clean and comfortable. If I could rate it higher I would.

Just stayed here for 3days for my 21st birthday and let me just say it was amazing! My room was hugeee with a hugeee bed, a mini fridge, microwave, tv. The bathroom had big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staff made sure we always had clean towels and enough toilet paper. The people at the front desk were super friendly. It was only a 5min walk from the pier and everything was literally about 2-5 min from the hotel. I didn’t have to drive my car at all while my stay. I couldn’t have picked a better hotel to celebrate my birthday at. When I come to pismo I will rebook here. Definitely recommend!! Also each side of the bed on the nightstands were lamps that had built in outlets so we were able to charge our phones easily without having to plug them in across the room. Oh an another thing, the dual windows were so beautiful and allowed us to get great lighting for pictures. Thank you to the owner and staff that were able to make my birthday so much more perfect!!
