Beachside Hotel & Suites - Hotel in Cocoa Beach - 3901 N Atlantic Ave, USA

I am writing to share my recent experience at the Beachside Hotel in Cocoa Beach, Florida, which was utterly disappointing. If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. It's baffling to see so many 5-star reviews when our experience was far from satisfactory. We only needed a place to stay for one night, but upon arrival, we were shocked to find roaches in our first room. Though we were moved to another room in the same building, we encountered the same issue again. By that point, it was too late to move and we unfortunately did not purchase the insurance and were sol. It was clear that the upgrades promised in the tall building had not been completed nor on most of the property. It was absolutely disgusting. The only redeeming aspect of our stay was the pool, which was peaceful and well-maintained. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the two front desk staff members who were pleasant and helpful. However, the manager's unprofessional behavior left much to be desired and only added to our frustration. I urge potential guests to reconsider booking this hotel until significant improvements are made. Beware of the 5-star reviews, as they appear to be fake. Thank you for your attention.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Beachside Hotel & Suites with 50 of my friends & family members. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff, services, rooms, and resort! Jeremy was such an asset in planning & booking this event! He was so helpful and attentive throughout the entire process! Yvonne and Willy welcomed us upon arrival and checked in with me throughout our stay. The lazy river pool was refreshing, the rooms were spacious, the food and drinks at the Duck Dive Bar were Great, and our dinner party Saturday night consisted of wonderful food and service for all of us! The beach was a short walk from the hotel and we were lucky to see two rocket launches! The entire staff from maintenance & housekeeping to the front desk & management, were outstanding!! Our entire group agreed that we will be going back here again!! I HIGHLY recommend this resort and staff!!

My review is considering the price. Obviously, this isn't a 5-star resort. For what you pay here, you get a good experience. It's an affordable way to have a good time. The breakfast here was good. The lazy river was nice. Really enjoyed floating around every day I was here. The rooms were good enough, and we were able to borrow their surfboards, which was nice.

I can't say enough great things about our stay here! They provided a pack and play for our 1 year old and had so many amazing amenities that are definitely unique! The breakfast was fantastic and the duck dive bar and grill had a great selection of food and drinks! The staff went above and beyond and genuinely seemed happy to help with anything we needed! We will definitely make this an annual family vacation!

The location is fantastic. The rooms were decent. The staff was fantastic! The lazy river could definitely use more water and some TLC patching but my kids loved it. The free beach rentals definitely needed replacing, bikes excluded. Keep those amenities up to par and you have a five star family experience! Thank you to all the staff at the end of June!

Great place to stay! The lazy river was fun for the whole family. We had two rooms and 6 people with us. Rooms were clean, breakfast had a good variety of options, pool was relaxing and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again!

My family of 6 came here recently and could not have had a better time. The staff here is very attentive. Breakfast buffet was top notch and the environment is very family friendly. Walk to the beach is easy and the pool offers a great option with a fun scene. Kids like the lazy river and then the bar restaurant with a DJ kept everyone entertained. Can't wait to come back and thanks again for a great experience.

This hotel is older but they do their best to give you clean and comfortable rooms. The lazy river area is really nice, the bar and restaurant has nice offerings and the portion sizes are great. The outstanding aspects of this hotel are the employees, from check-in to the bar and restaurant employees, and the housekeeping staff, where they ARE ALL friendly, helpful, and professional. It's very rare in this day... Thanks for providing outstanding service, and when in the area, I will always stay at the Beachside. And the beach is a short walk from the hotel.
