Wonderful location new furniture heated pool barbecue walking distance to beach and restaurants. Family owned and operated management very friendly.

Je suis allée dans ce motel car c’était le moin cher de l’île. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés la dame ( que nous avons d’ailleurs jamais vue) n’était pas à la réception nous avons croisé une autre famille qui attendait une réponse de la dame pour avoir accès à une chambre déjà depuis près de 2 heure. La dame n’étais pas joignable . Elle nous a répondu 1 heure plus tard . Elle nous a surclassée (j’imagine une forme d’excuse ) . Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la chambre il y avait plein de poussière collée dans le fond du bain. Le ménage n’était pas inclus ( ce qui justifie le prix si bas du motel) et nos serviettes n’ont pas été remplacée et quand j’ai essayée d’aller voir si il y avait quelqu’un qui aurait pu m’en donner d’autre,personne n’était la. Vers la fin de notre séjour nous avons regardé en dessous du lit pour être sur de ne rien oublier et ce que nous avons trouvée ma réellement choquée. Deux pot de yogourt vide et un plat en aluminium qui j’imagine a servit de plat «  take-out » au paravant . Sur une note plus positive le motel est très bien localisée et le papier de toilette est très épais. J’adore le divans qui me ramène tout droit dans un épisode de «  la petite vie » . La machine à café venait avec des filtres ( ce qui est rare ). Le wifi n’est pas de qualité je n’ai pas réussis à avoir une connexion de tout mon séjour. Un autre avantage est le stationnement qui est gratuit ce qui nous évite de payés 30$ par jour. J’ai aussi oubliée de préciser que la lumière était inexistante dans la chambre et que le détecteur de fumée « beepait » de façon aléatoire durant la nuit. La peinture est écaillée à plusieurs endroits et il y a des taches de choses suspicieuses partout dans le motel. Bref c’est presque parfait pour quelqu’un à budget limitée.

I can’t begin to tell you how amazing my stay at The Beachouse was! A family owned and run property, I checked in and was told I’d been upgraded to a phenomenal room. Traveling by myself I wanted a safe, clean, friendly and visually appealing/relaxing experience The Beachouse was everything and more! Pool was clean, my room was clean. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the resort, there is a wonderful 24-hr gym not 2 minute drive down the road (Clearwater Beach Fitness). I couldn’t have asked for better stay! 5 stars! Would absolutely recommend, I plan to be back In August!

We are repeat guests at this hotel and will continue to keep coming. Charmene and Royce are beyond hospitable hosts. The rooms are very accommodating and within a short walking distance to anything beach related. I would stay here prior to any of the fancier, larger chain hotels because of the personal attention received. They get to know you and make your stay their top concern. Can not say enough good things about the hotel and staff!!!

We booked the hotel through Expedia in Oct 2018 and, as usual, received an email confirming our reservation and letting us know that there was no need to call and reconfirm. I received a text from the hotel shortly afterward saying, ‘Confirming 2019 Beachouse Inn & Suites resv 2/26-3/02 King Studio. Thank you Beachouse, Silver Sands Point LLC’. I thought that was a nice touch but didn’t respond as we had already received confirmation from Expedia, and I have never had to confirm directly with a property when using Expedia. And there was no ‘call to action’ in the text, no request to reply and confirm the dates. We assumed it was merely a note to let us know the room was reserved.|We arrived on Feb 26th and were told that she wasn’t sure if we were coming! I said that Expedia had confirmed our reservation. She said she sent a note through Expedia (saying our credit card had been declined) which I never received. My credit card company wasn’t able to confirm the decline as it was too long ago, but it was the same credit card we used to pay the bill when we arrived! She also mentioned the text and we told her there was no request to answer and confirm as Expedia had already done that. I contacted Expedia after we returned home and they said that their confirmation is all that is required. There were no further attempts to contact us, no follow up emails or texts asking us to please reply to confirm our reservation, so we assumed all was well. |She had a room available for two nights but we had to switch for the second two nights, which was fine. It worked out but it could have been a disaster!! And we weren’t the only ones to have problems with her booking methods! We spoke with another couple who did everything ‘right’ and their room still wasn’t ready when they arrived! They had to find another hotel room for the first night!|It is a nice property – clean and comfortable, close to the beach and lots of restaurants – and I would have liked to go back there again. However, I wouldn’t take the chance that our room would actually be reserved when we arrived!! She owns the Beachouse Inn and Suites and the Silver Sands Hotel and one other hotel across the street, so if you book in any one of those three you may run into the same issue!!|

5 stars isn’t enough when it comes to this hotel. The owner and her son went above and beyond to make my stay in Clearwater perfect. The rooms are just the right size for a couple or family of 3-4. The location was the best part, most everything was walking distance including the beach! Would recommend to all friends and family! Thank you again for letting me stay and I’m looking forward to coming back next summer!!

I booked a late December 2018 stay at this property through Expedia in early November 2018. The Beachouse takes payment immediately upon booking. In our case, this was about $600. Our plans changed and I cancelled the room about one week after booking. Beachouse sent me a message that the money would be refunded back to my credit card. I waited through one credit card cycle. No refund. We tried contacting the hotel and finally went through a dispute process with the credit card company. We finally got our refund in March! If we hadn't disputed the case, I'm not sure the hotel would have ever given us the money. So, if you book here, make sure you won't need to cancel...

Clean, cold (ac), quiet (ideal for families). We stayed in the key west condo for a week. Very large living and dining spaces. The washer and dryer came in handy every day. We never really utilized the pool, being so close to everything. We came during the Sugar Sand Festival (late April) at Peir 60, which was about a 5 min walk. The whole "island" in general is clean and safe, night and day. You can tell it's a nicer, planned community environment. Do not be detoured from renting because it's not a resort hotel. Highly recommend this location!
