The owner is amazing makes you feel right at home. Welcomes you right away makes sure you have what you need very helpful. The cabin I was in last 3 years had AC a couple basic cable Channels and dbd player. This is my highlight of my summer. Your very own cottage on your on beach. Also a boat comes with each cottage. Also your own dock. Each cottage is furnished but bring your own towels and hygiene. The sunsets are amazing. The fishing is fun from the dock. You can rent a motor for $20 for your boat. Highly recommended Quiet family atmosphere.
Beachland is an old standby for my family, and for good reason. The cottages are clean and well maintained, in a great relaxing location on a beautiful lake in a nice town. The owners are friendly and help with anything you need. If you're thinking of going to the Northern part of Minnesota this is a great choice.
Had a fantastic stay to wrap out the summer at Beachland Cottages! The owner is extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home! My favorite part was having a fire on the beach each night. Would recommend to friends & family!
Beautiful quiet cottage on the lake. Beautiful sunset, water planes do land on Lake Hubbert giving an extra treasure. We've made it a yearly tradition to spend sometime with family at the cottage. Reasonably priced and well maintained. Eric the owner is super nice and always available to help or provide firewood. Looking forward to our trip next year! Amazing trail, parks and lots of site seeing amenities. Kid friendly place.
Just completed a 4 night stay and enjoyed it a great deal. It's simple...few "frills" if any but any absence of extras is clearly offset by the "hands on" involvement of the owner who is truly interested in the guest. Cabins are clean, directly on the water (and I mean DIRECTLY off the sandy beach!) and in good condition. There's good fishing in Lake Hubert and Beachland is very close to Nisswa for those interested in one of the numerous restaurants in the town. If room service, four poster beds and a spa are what you're looking for, turn the page...this isn't the place for you. If you prefer quiet, clean and perfect views of a nice lake, Beachland is worth considering. They've built an envious list of repeat guests so make your plans soon and maybe we'll see you there.
Our family has been coming here for over 30 years and we consider this our 2nd home. It is one of the happiest places on Earth and we adore the Boberg family owners!
Beautiful cottages on a prime lakefront location. Cozy, relaxed setting with awesome fishing. Resort operator, Erik, very accommodating and friendly. 10 stars!

As soon as we walked in the door, we were blessed with the smells of amazing delicious coffee!
The coffee did not disappoint. So freaking good. The Mayan Mocha and the Turtle Mocha were fabulous.
