Beachfront RV Resort - RV park in Surfside Beach - 750 Bluewater Hwy, USA

The resort is clean and well kept. It is literally right next to the beach. The management is amazing, as well as the maintenance. Really nice place to stay and relax. The restaurant food and staff is most excellent. We will definitely be back again to stay!!!!

What a run down place this is!! The website is misleading. It took three nights before we ran into an employee of the property. Dude was decent enough. But I’m sure he he’s the last hold over from the owners previous employees. The cool guy then he told me not to be snooping around and pointed up at the main building of the property. What am I suspose to say to that? My fee for the beachfront spot, it was a great spot, was very pricey and I really didn’t want to give the guy a hard time, but I did. Then I got a drive-by by the local constable? WTH buddy?!? Avoid this stay unity l it’s sold. This owner is a garbage person making he property dude deal with me and my like. I’m a working person and I hate being put in this situation. Bud fix yourself.

This is a fantastic spot if you want to spend some time on Surfside beach. We picked a spot close to the beach and were less than 50yards from our RV site to where we set up for the day. The restaurant is super convenient and the live music at nights was quality entertainment. Several other dining options are a stroll down the beach away. We can't wait to come back.

These guys ripped me off.. I paid 1000 cash for a reservation then nothing.. I asked if I could get my money back they took the receipt upstairs and locked the door .. then proceeded to tell me I was trespassing and needed to leave..... absolutely unprofessional... rv people beware

Gladys did a fantastic job taking care of us. Would recommend this company to everyone. The family like atmosphere during our rental experience was enjoyed greatly. Gladys made our vacation an unforgettable experience.

No bathrooms/showers/washing machines/No wifi…. Not worth the price we paid… But it is nice to be able to walk right to the beach. There is a decent amount of space between sites compared to other RV parks I have stayed at. There is not much to do in surfside beach unless you drive an hour to Galveston.

I'll start with the positive, it is near the beach, 50 feet to the shoreline from the walkway. The registration staff is amazing and she is SOOO nice. BTW, they have a no refund policy. Please read website carefully. Now for the rest of the story. The owner obviously cannot care less about the property since it went up for sale. The sites nearest the ocean are unpaved, uneven and poorly maintained. DO NOT trust the pictures on the website. They must have been taken in better times. Once you book, or if you read through the website meticulously, you will discover they have a septic issue. The electric box at my site was rusted and missing safety blanks. The water connection was so loose I had to secure it with my own bungee. Ruts in the site made it difficult at best to level my trailer. Mosquitos are bad too, even in January. The entire campground is run down and in need of extensive repairs. I cannot comment on the restaurant as we didn't dine there. PLEASE research carefully before booking this facility.

Loved this place. We stayed in our own RV. They have a nice restaurant overlooking the ocean. A bar inside and outside. The whole underneath is sand with some really cool swing seating and hammocks. Along with a volleyball net, corn hole & oversized jinga game. At night they had a live band and the outside bar open. They also offer golf cart rentals and easy access, by foot or by golf cart, to the beach front.
