Beach Tower Beachfront Hotel - Hotel in Panama City Beach - 12001 Front Beach Rd, USA

The location is the only thing worth staying here! Service was middle of the road as we saw 1 guy behind the counter... However, the room was pure crap! We rented 607 from Airbnb, and I attached pictures so you can see the problems.. Bed Area closest to balcony Mold on walls around plugs, the plugs are not flush with walls as seen in pictures. The walls were both filthy, had marks, and dirty spots. The ceiling looked like it was patched by a crackhead. Along with an incorrectly patched drywall. Kitchen The utensils provided are so used, the stove is rusted, the fridge is set to max, and it is barely cold Bathroom Severe mold around the shower and the top of the wall. Overall I wouldn't pay top dollar for this room. Whoever owns this doesn't care for its condition. You been warned spent more get better

This place SUCKS! Don’t stay here!! Rooms were dirty, dishes disgusting, and please tell me how there is a stove but nothing to cook with on said stove! The balcony door got stuck shut every time we used it. This place is just nasty and shouldn’t even be open if you want my opinion. The elevator is a trap, it will take you to the different floors and glitch while you’re in it. Was out of service out last night here. these people could care less about it! I know it’s cheap but DONT STAY. Take your money else where. This is a rigged, catfish hotel.

Great rooms for a great price! Why spend $200 a night for a room that you only sleep and shower in? Unless you plan on spending your entire vacation in the room then why spend hundreds per night? Our room was clean, had everything we needed, the air was ice cold along with the fridge and the staff was so friendly! We had a beachfront balcony and the inside had a bar area to sit and eat leftovers. The kitchen was stocked with clean pots and pans and the stove was clean. The pools were very clean and never overcrowded. We didn’t need anything that was going to break the bank since we weren’t going to be in the room that much. Our stay was perfect except one little hiccup. We were refunded our money for our security deposit or “incidentals” as they call it the day after our stay ended. We woke up this morning, almost three days later, to $50 being taken back out and no one can explain why. Other than that we had zero complaints. Highly recommend!!!

My kids and I stayed 7/12-7/16. Admittedly, the rooms are a little outdated and could’ve been a bit cleaner and the carpet could have used more attention as ours was not vacuumed when we arrived, no breakfast as advertised and you either have to purchase ice on site or get free ice next door, the elevator worked until the morning we left. However, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the ocean was right outside our window with easy access to the beach outside. Didn’t see any evidence of bugs of any kind in the hotel or our room. The staff were friendly and attentive. All things considered this hotel was not only affordable but the view is beautiful, we felt safe here. Would stay again.

We stayed here for 6 nights, the biggest issue we had was that the toilet didn’t flush right, it always sounded like it was still flushing. The bathtub had hairs. The light by the door worked when it wanted to. The elevator was so sketchy!!! The pool was dirty and had green stuff. There were random hairs on the bed and pillows, the carpet felt really dirty, not to mention, the room didn’t look as advertised in the photos, they need to update them, and the balcony door didn’t even close, unless you used a lot of force, it had rust on the bottom and the sides, the a/c had mold. It also lied in the advertising, it said they had a breakfast area, gym, and a laundromat, it did not have any of that, in fact the laundry was on the hotel next to theirs, so overall not that great. Id suggest to look for another one if you want to have a good stay, it honestly looked like a motel. Not a nice hotel. I wish I would’ve took pictures of how it looked.

My husband and I just got married the day we came to pcb for our honeymoon. We opted to stay at the flamingo for many reasons and I called up to make sure we were all set only for us to be turned away when we get there at 9pm because my husband was short a few months of being 21. We called around and the front desk lady, Karen, was there to greet us when we came in upset and turned our night around with her brighter than the sun smile and warm demeanor. She congratulated us and listened to us while checking us in. She is a woman you can talk to hours for and not realize ten minutes went by. It is an absolute joy to see her at the front desk during the days. I can reassure you, you will leave this place with a smile on your face just from her alone. Great customer service is an understatement when it comes to Karen as the woman acts as if its in her blood, I could not recommend a better place if you’re looking to avoid bad service as its not just the wonderful woman at the front desk but the cleaning personnel are also really nice and your existence isn’t cursing theirs! The rooms were clean, beds clean and free of bugs. The view from our room was incredible and privacy is top notch! The kitchen was very nice even with the stove on the smaller size but the refrigerator is the perfect size. Their lobby is really clean and offers coffee. Parking wasn't bad either as its located in the front and back of the building. I would definitely recommend this for couples and about anyone whose looking for a good clean place to lay their head down!

This hotel has a great location on the beach it's close to the pier and basically in the middle of whatever it is that you are looking for. It was quiet and peaceful. The only issue I have was with the young lady that checked me in. She was very off putting no customer service skills rude and weird acting. Had I not prepaid I probably would have stayed somewhere else. I was told that her name was Ashley. The house keeping staff was very delightful friendly and helpful. The rooms are old and dated but they were clean. I was scared at first because of the reviews but I enjoyed my stay.

We loved staying here! The customer service was top notch! I went to the hotel early the morning we were to check in and there was a more than $100 discrepancy in what are online booking site quoted us and what the hotel was telling us we owed. I spoke with Debbie at the front desk. She was very polite and accommodating. Told me she'd make the manager aware of the situation and get it straightened out. In just a couple hours I was informed my Debbie that the manager was going to honor what the online booking site has quoted us. Great people. Great staff. Very courteous. The rooms are right on the beach. Great views and you can see the pier. The property is centrally located. Restaurants, convenience stores, Walmart and many attractions surrounded The location. The only drawback was that the rooms are a little outdated. We had a full kitchen. Stove, microwave and refrigerator. But we had no table to eat on. We literally had to eat sitting on our beds. Silverware, pots and pans in desperate need of being replaced. But that being the only discrepancy we found, we will definitely be staying there again! And I have no problem recommending Beach Tower to a friend or family member. In fact, I already have!
