We had the most wonderful stay on Memorial Day weekend. Bruce in the front office was absolutely awesome!|So helpful while assisting us in making our plans. Our shuttle drivers, Raymond and Patrick were just delightful. Always prompt and helped with dinner suggestions daily. And always providing fun and laughter every time they were transporting us. Looking forward to staying again in the near future.
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 handsome boys for a weekend getaway. The views were breathtaking! We felt very comfortable and our room was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. There was so much to do and several restaurants to walk to for a quick bite to eat. Definitely will stay here again. God bless!||Sherry G.
FANTASTIC beach front location - 2 great restaurants literally across the street - convenience store one block away.....I didn't need a car, everything I needed was right there for a stress-less ultra-relaxing vacation. The staff, both Diane and the owner, were so, so nice and approachable.
I traveled alone and my room was one bedroom, oceanfront...looking right at the waves. Super clean, comfortable and very cold air and ceiling fans. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker - plenty of linens. I didn't have to ask for a thing. Pool and hot tub are amazing and the grounds are very well maintained. I was literally so happy with my choice. Definitely independently owned (not a big chain name) - but so charming and literally, there could not be a closer spot to the beach.
The restaurants across the street were great - Screwies (breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks), or Dockside Dave's (lunch, dinner, drinks). Both have inside/outside seating......the Grouper and scallops at Dave's.........soooo good.
Thank you so much and I WILL return!
The entire staff here was amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. Our room was nice and love being steps to the beach. Also one of the very few hotels along all of the beaches that has a jacuzzi. Close to everything you could possibly need, stores, restaurants, Johns Pass. Beach, pool, jacuzzi, Sweet Sage, Dockside Daves, and Guppy's, breakfast lunch and dinner in that order, best restaurants. I live locally so I come to the beach a lot for mini va-cays. This is my new favorite hotel. Thank you to the staff for making us feel so welcome!
Loved this resort, it is connected to schooner hotel. We had 4 of us total so we got the 2 bedroom suite. Great room, the owner was super friendly and accommodating. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and a deck that over looks the courtyard and the beach. I would definitely stay again!
Daughter married in May and I needed rooms for out of town visitors. Looked up and down pinellas county beaches for something for everyone. This is the place.||1. Not as expensive as most other hotels. St.Pete and Clearwater higher priced on gulfront hotels.||2. Right on the beach, short walk to Gulf water. I like TI but the beach is 1/4 mile to water. And the beach is just as nice as any in the area. Plus a beverage or two wont have the beach police writing up a ticket.||3. Rooms were nice and clean.||4. Nice patio and covered patio on beach suites side to hang out and enjoy company. Sorry if we were too loud too late, 81yr old grandmom loves to party.||5. Nice staff.||6. Close to local bars, restaurants, ice cream, and t1/4 mile to Johns Pass for dining, shopping, fishing, boat and jet ski rentals.||||Two story hotel-no elevator. Pool and Jacuzzi locked at 9pm. After 9 beach suites must use schooner access to get to the beach.
I originally booked a reservation at the Beach Suites Resort, requesting one bedroom. When I arrived, the booking ended up being at the Schooner, owned by the same and next door to the Beach Suites. As opposed to expecting an suite, we ended up with a one room w/two full size beds, with a bar style sink and a two burner stove. the bathroom was in the center and on the opposite wall was a refrigerator and microwave on top of a counter. Directly above was a location with a rod, couple of hangers, travel size ironing board and an iron directly on top of the refrigerator. truthfully there was no way you could hang anything other than a shirt. I have booked at the Schooner and Beach Suites. For those who have not, the Schooner is a pet friendly location, yet the rooms were clean. If the stay is for several days, privacy is respected, simply by advising housekeeping. Overall, the beach is an easy walk from the location and they presently have cabanas, chairs and umbrellas and available for rent, through an independent agency. The biggest drawback is parking located directly in front of the units which is limited. Additional parking is available across the street requiring you to cross Gulf Blvd.
Beach Suites Resort is a great little place on the gulf with all the immenities & effortable room rates. A variety of room sizes available including pet friendly accomadations. The rooms are clean, recently remodeled with microwave, fridge, flat screen TV & comfortable beds. Beautifal patio with beach access, pool, sauna loungers, grills, & pleanty of canopy tables with chairs. Excellent staff. Ask for Dianna.
What a great place! My wife and I spent a weekend here in one of the apartments. I cannot believe how nice it was for the price. I used to stay at a place a mile or two north. This place is practically across the street from St. Johnâs Pass. The ro
The park offers many different options. Dog park, baseball, courts, a large grassy area that can hold a bazaar or a market, and has some parking with additional parking nearby at the supermarket if they donât mind! The waters close by so you can fi
This is a fun place to listen to live music and feel like youâre on a vacation at a beach. Plenty of Outside seating makes it comfortable for those that want to be near the fun but not part of the crowd inside. The inside is a laughing chatty atmos
Super cute kava bar! Everything was b1g1 when I went - really good deal. Their kava was better than pretty much any other bar Iâve been to as well. Bartender was nice and informative too! Would definitely come back if Iâm ever in the area :)
This was hands down the best restaurant we ate at the whole time we were in Treasure Island. (Including way better than Spinners!) The sushi was so fresh and delicious; I had the Good Friend and Mexican Sunrise rolls. The massamam curry, ginger beef,
