I was not happy with the customer service that we received. I called for towels 3 times in 1 day waited for 9 hours. They didn’t deliver them to my room. Until I threatened to come up to the main office and make a seen. I called 3 times for tv remote batteries, because tv remote didn’t work, I said to them I was gonna go and purchase batteries and submit a receipt for the batteries. Overall place is really nice, but the customer experience was not the best. Hopefully someone that can make a change to the front desk sees this, and corrects it.

Overall..I would go back. If I wasn't paying. If you can afford 2k+ a night. Have at it. I can't. Bathrooms and outlets were outdated

Good so far. Checkin more difficult than it needs to be.

Wonderful and very beautiful.
