Our Stay in Big Daddy's! Family Beach Week Our 2023 family beach week was during July 4th week. This pet friendly property is all about location, location, location. Our own easy access to the beach plus the pool is wonderful. And we had front row seats to fireworks from the pier. Easy access to the strip for shopping, groceries, etc. and we found out (unfortunately ) easy access to the hospital. There were a few minor issues like wifi didn't work for a couple days which hampered working family members, but Beach Realty is VERY responsive and took care of our needs right away. The upstairs living area was perfect for our 12 person party. Sunrises were incredible, Booty Treats is in walking distance and this was an epic family vacation.

Our Stay in BeachBumz! First Outer Banks Visit The house we rented was amazing! It was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean and very well maintained. The house was in a very nice gated community on the island with a very friendly staff. The neighbors on both sides were super friendly and willing to give you information on the neighborhood and activities. I would definitely rent this property again!

We really enjoyed our first OBX vacation! We found the experience through Beach Realty to be so easy! Everything was online, email, or app format which made for a really convenient experience. Our house was even ready several hours early which we really appreciated! Highly recommend and plan to use Beach Realty again in the future. Our house was spacious for 2 families-9 people! Couldn’t have picked a better home!

We had a great time staying here! You could tell it was pet friendly, but it was also VERY clean for it being a pet friendly home. The hot tub was nice, and heavily chlorinated. I don't consider that a bad thing, to me it means they take sanitation seriously. There are some places you can see rust and it's looking a little run down, but we were 2 families with children and pets, so it didn't bother us. The beds were comfortable and the linens very nice. The hot water heater had a hard time keeping up with the number of showers, but we worked out a good schedule!

Beautiful ocean view We had a wonderful and quiet three generations girls week. My 17 year old daughter graduates in June, so this will probably be the last Spring Break my 84 year old mother and I do with my daughter. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and birds from the back deck. We enjoyed the color changing hot tub. The trek decking was very nice. We enjoyed ping pong, darts, corn hole(mom had hidden talent- who knew she would beat us, lol), and movies. Every room had a TV and the beds were very comfortable. The dining room table had a wonderful view of the ocean during our meals. We cooked in some with the well equipped kitchen. We ate out at our favorite restaurant Jolly Rogers in KDH. Our last day we enjoyed putt putt and the go karts. Only wish you could get to downstairs without having to go outside, since the 2nd bathroom was in the garage/game room, but with only 3 of us it was not a problem. Thank you

Our Stay in Pelican's Perch! Pelican's Perch This has been our vacation home for a week in May, for quite a few years now! It is a very well kept, clean maintained cottage that we enjoy spending time at with friends and family. You could not have a better view then from the main floor of the home, beach access is directly across the street and walking distance to a few great restaurants in the area. Target just opened and is a 10 minute walk which makes it very convenient.

Great stay this year! This was one of the most issue-free stays we've had in the OBX over many years. We have stayed in this house several times with multiple management companies. The house layout works great for us, and the location, just north of Jennet's pier, is great. Beautiful sunrises and moonrises. Beach Realty did a nice job, keyless entry is so much better than when we had to stop in at the office to get keys. Using text for communication worked well, got the text that the house was ready a few minutes early which was appreciated. We had no issues that required us to contact Beach Realty during our stay, so other than the automated texts we had no need to communicate with them, which was great.

Our return to OBX We haven’t been down to the Outer Banks since our honeymoon back in 1993. We couldn’t have made a better decision!! It’s just as awesome as it was all those years ago!! I love it that not much has changed, it’s still beautiful, peaceful and so relaxing!! I’d also like to say that the house we found to stay in was amazing!! Big Daddy’s was a fantastic house!! It had so much room and all the amenities that we needed and the fact that we were able to bring our dog along was just awesome. We really appreciate that because he’s a huge part of our family. He loved it too, he didn’t want to leave . And when we had any problems you guys at the reality company were on it right away!! You answered all of our questions super fast and made our first trip back there a trip to remember. We’re already planning to be back next year, I’m pretty sure it’ll be a new family tradition!!
