Beach Place Guesthouses - Hotel in Cocoa Beach - 1445 S Atlantic Ave, USA

We were there for my nieces wedding so beautiful over looking the beach. The Beach place Guesthouse is very unique and clean, and a short walk to the beach! The parrot 🦜 was quite the attraction whistling at you when you walked by so cute.

Beach Place Guesthouse is Very clean, Every room has pull out couch and is very spacious for you and your family. All of the rooms have a Full kitchen with all accessories. It's in a peaceful area but minutes from the heart of Cocoa Beach.

Fabulous Fabulous Fabulous!!! Beachplace is a shangri-la property. Nearly a botanical garden in itself. It's one of a kind! This was the venue for my wedding. It's truly a magical place! World class hospitality! Mary Lynn is a phenomenal hostess with the mostest!!! There's not a bad room in the entire property. Every suite is unique and lovely. I'm looking forward to my next visit

Of all the Florida beaches we go to, this is our favorite spot to stay. We took our daughter, husband and granddaughter with us for 4 days. Nobody wanted to leave. This is a very eclectic, beachy, older facility with old Florida charm that we love. If you're looking for hotel accommodations don't bother to come. But if you want a getaway that's peaceful, kind, and relaxing. This is it. Bunnies eating carrots from our families hands, drinking coffee at sunrise over the ocean on the pavilion, walking down the dunes with boogie board or surfboard or just towel and umbrella and evening bbq dinners by the sea. Maybe, with a little luck watching a rocket launch. Staying in our little apartments with a view of the ocean. This is love for us.

Right on the beach. Not your sterile high end resort but a resort with southern charm and hospitality. This won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but we loved it and will return.

This is absolutely the best kept secret on the Florida Atlantic coast! Such cute, comfy apartment units right on the ocean, with hammocks for relaxing and beach gear for playing. Wendy in the office is super nice and helpful, and there’s even an office bird, Virbil, who whistles while you check in!

We have stayed here as a family at least 4 times over the past year. The location is wonderful and has a free-spirit vibe. The outdoor space is very relaxing - hammocks, fire-pit/chairs, tables to work outside and patio tables facing the courtyard. The access to the beach is perfect - so beautiful especially at night with the overhead lights throughout the grounds. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the office staff have always been super helpful. Although the place is a bit older, it doesn't feel that way, and in fact lends to its charm.

My husband and I stayed here for a night on our way to a work trip in Orlando. The pictures that you see l, are exactly what it is like. The best word I have to describe it is “whimsical.” Everyone on the site were super kind, the place was clean, charcoal Weber grills on site with all the necessities to use them, floats and boogie boards for the ocean, chairs for the beach…plenty of seating around the property to relax. We stumbled upon this place, and can’t stop telling people about it. If the opportunity ever presents itself that we end up in Cocoa Beach again, this is where we will be staying!
