This hotel is run by one of the most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with. First I decided to change my mind and splurge for a higher end hotel. When I tried to contact them to find my reservation the person was in the shower. You read that right. He told me to call back in an hour because he was in the shower. Fast forward to the night of my stay I received a phone call from same person. I was in the middle of the HIlton lobby and I put him on speaker so everybody could listen to him as he yelled and lectured me on how I should have checked in an hour ago and why I didn't answer my phone originally (I was doing a tour where they asked us to set our phones on vibrate). I finally told him how unprofessional he was being. He proceeded to yell at me and abruptly hanged up. I looked at my friend and Hilton employees with their mouths hung opened. They could not believe a person like that worked in the same industry. The next day I found I had been charged but that's okay. I would rather eat the cost than to stay at a hotel with such horrible attitudes. I pretty sure every 5 star these guys have were bought. We drove by this location before staying at the hotel and it looked like a hole in the wall. An eye sore compared to most of Long Beach.

I used to go here a lot. Since I work down in LB and live an hour away sometimes I would stay here. The young guys were always polite and respectful. Would give me the room for a little cheaper cause I would stay so much at times. Even the older women who works there would as well and was always very nice. But the old man with one eye. Super rude, disrespectful. Talks down to people, and over charges way too much. I stopped going to this hotel because of him. I’m giving it a poop rating because of him. Learn how to treat the people who pay your bills with a little more respect.

I was pleasantly surprised. For the money, it's very nice. Keeping in mind it's a "cheap motel" it was super clean, renovated, rooms had clean sheets, fridges, clean towells....and no bugs!!! However I am Not happy that my friend was charged for having friends over, I think that's pretty absurd. *******Update******* WARNING TO EVERY ONE WHO OWNS A BIKE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE OR LEAVE YOUR BIKE OUTSIDE....BRING IT IN .....OR IT WILL GET STOLEN . my friends jixer 750 got stolen and it was parked right out front of the room. It's insane that management was so unhelpful. They told me to wait 12hrs before I could return to ask about the video recordings.... Basically so their shift was over and they wouldn't have to answer me.... Screw that. When someone gets their bike stolen from your hotel parking lot ... You should do everything to assist them .... Unless... Your in cahoots with the thief .... Food for thought.

Owners are very nice. The gentleman is always checking guests cars for their safety. Making sure nobody bothers the guests stuff. Rooms are clean and the area is quiet. I'd definitely come back to stay. It's worth the money.

I needed a place to stay two nights before our cruise. Found this place on a website. It looked good and had high reviews. So I booked.||When we arrived, I wondered what I had got us into. This motel sits on a busy corner. Not very ascetically pleasing. It wasn’t the Ritz but it wasn’t the Bates either. The room was very clean. No bells or whistles but if you just want a decent place to stay the night, this will work fine. I paid over a $100 a night. But other places close were going for over $300 a nite. It worked fine. The room was simple but it got the job done. If I was needing another room for a night before a cruise, I would stay there again.

On a busy street. Fire trucks and emergency vehicles racing up and down the street. Loud music across a dance place. Bed is mediocre and can feel the springs. Room was.missing 2 bulbs and dark. Water not heated enough. Owners are saving on their electric bill! No towel hooks in the bathroom. Pillows are flat. Our RV is more comfortable! Not doing this motel stuff again. Staff office was rude. Skip this place! Horrible! Mediocre rooms and not clean. Dirty floors.
