The ladies inside greet you at the door and smile, shake your hand, explain the way they do things, are very patient understanding and polite. They ask and are considerate about any personal needs or health concerns. They have always helped us out and never turned us away when we needed help. God Bless them all.

We went in without an appt because we were told that no appt was needed by a local DSS worker & I filled out their online application from their parking lot as they were very busy that day but the lady in charge was kind enough to go ahead & gather bags of groceries for us & brought them out to our car & she explained how everything worked & that once she looked at the application she would be in touch & she contacted us the same day and said to just call & leave a voicemail if no one was there once we knew my Husband's work schedule and they would make us an appointment to know when to come back again. Normally I believe you go in & choose from the foods available that your family can use but I truly appreciate the kindness of each one there that is willing to help others. They normally try to supply you with enough to last 2 weeks and I think this is a wonderful thing for the surrounding community. From what I read online, many local restaurants donate a % of their daily profit to help them out in supplying the needs for the surrounding community. All the staff was very kind and helpful and I think this is a wonderful thing offered to anyone in need.
