When I booked it was with the intention of keeping it affordable. Sleep and shower is all we needed. Easy check in. Location is perfect!!! Close to John's Pass, great restaurants and the beach!! Literally steps away!! The AC in the bedroom and dining area has been a lifesaver in this brutal heat. It is everything we needed. And then some! Thank you Neal and Anne!!! We will definitely be back!!
This place is absolutely perfect for enjoying the beach without breaking the bank. We stayed in the first unit, which contained a full kitchen along with a bedroom, bath, small living and dining rooms. This is the cleanest motel we've seen in a long time. Building is older, and has been updated nicely. As other reviewers stated, the beach is a short distance away, easily seen from the front of our room. Being pet friendly is ideal for us, though be warned that pets aren't allowed on the beach. Owners are friendly and helpful. We'll be back!
I don’t think you understand how close this actually is to the beach. From our unit (3) to the boardwalk to the beach was quite literally 20 steps.
It was clean, simple, stocked, quiet, comfortable, close to the beach, food, etc.
I would definitely go here again.
They even have a little vacuum, broom for the sand, fridge, small kitchen area.
The shower is the only thing I wasn’t totally amazed with. Did I get every spot shaving? Idk.. it’s kind of dark.
But honestly, not even a big enough issue to dock points from our stay.
I brought my lovely wife here for a little getaway. Very clean with Nice little amenities. The bathroom is tiny, so think twice about this room of you're a larger person. Otherwise Our staywas great! Very close to the beach; about 50 yards away!
Motel is older, but now renovated with Ikea furnishings. Very clean, efficiency kitchen. Literally steps to the beach entrance, motel sits perpendicular to the beach. Small public parking lot beside, lounge chairs/umbrellas available from private individual on beach. Easy walk to John's Pass. Small bathroom, take a small fan for that room. Great old school place. Loved it so much!
Great area and location! 10 steps to the path to the beach another 20 steps and you are on the white sand beach! I would say close to ocean view from Windows), beautiful beach!! As I read on other reviews, very clean! AC works (ya never know right). Easy check in which was absolutely so lovely after driving from Ontario, Canada. For a place to stay when your out all day enjoying your vacation, this is the spot!! Even in evenings if your staying in, TV has soo many channels to have a quiet night in if needed after a long day in sun! Definitely recommend and would come back for sure!! Beautiful area!
My family stayed this week in the suite. Having the kitchen was super handy for quick meals. The inn was very clean and so close to the beach - just a short path from the parking area onto the beach. My children had a blast both on the beach and on our walks to the attractions at Johns Pass a couple blocks up the road. Not sure about other comments re: the outdoor shower as it worked great for us! We definitely want to return!
Great location – walking distance to John’s Pass. 20 steps to the beach. View of the beach. Clean, cozy type of beach cottage. Low cost has everything you need. Has a microwave, utensils, use of beach chairs, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, mini fridge. The only downside is the roadside noise from the street. The bed was too firm for my preference

Super cute kava bar! Everything was b1g1 when I went - really good deal. Their kava was better than pretty much any other bar Iâve been to as well. Bartender was nice and informative too! Would definitely come back if Iâm ever in the area :)
