We’ve stayed at many rentals on the island and The Pink Flamingo is one of our favorites. Where do I start? The extra toilet paper, the abundance of towels and beach towels, the comfy beds, and even the separate trash can for recycling made this place feel like home away from home. It’s the little things that matter. The pool area is cozy and quaint. We spent equal time at the pool and beach. The two umbrellas, six plus beach chairs, beach cart and floats made our time outdoors flow smoothly. The personal touches by the host was welcoming. There was a goody bag with information, trash bags and a sponge. As well as pink cups to use. Again, it’s the little things🙂 One final thing. We particularly enjoyed reading the endearing story about how The Pink Chicken name came to be. Thank you for the warm welcome 💕 The Shockley’s

Awesome property management company to book with for your stay around the Anna Maria Island area! House was spotless and clean upon arrival. Had a few minor issues with the pool and they arrived within the hour to resolve! Will definitely be booking with them in the future. Hoping they can expand their portfolio into Siesta Key as well!

This place was perfect for our large group. The host was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we has all we needed. The rental was super clean and looked exactly as the pictures. We were steps away from the bay and a short walk to the gulf. My family loved the heated pool and rooftop deck. OVERALL an excellent experience and we all would stay at this location again! 10/10!

We absolutely loved our stay at the “Groovy Guava”. It was everything the pictures show and so much more! It was clean and organized! Everything you could/would need for the beach and pool were provided! Always quick and friendly responses from owners as well! The golf cart is an extra treat too! The island is somewhere we hope to visit again and we will DEFINITELY book with Beach Boutique Rentals!

Office staff were very helpful and friendly, answering any questions I had. I was impressed by their forethought to ask if we'd be arriving late/after hours (we were); they provided a backup key plan in case our door code didn't work. Our cottage was absolutely adorable, super clean and couldn't have been in a better location. This was our first trip to AMI - we're going back and we'll definitely reach out to Beach Boutique Rentals to book.
