First let me say that the majority of the positive reviews are from Big Woodys(which we loved). We have ordered takeout wings 2 different times and both times they were horrible. The first order we didn’t even get the right order and they blamed it on us. This time the same my hubby ordered bone in wings. Came home with boneless. That wasn’t the worst part…waited 1 hour and comes home with wings that were dripping grease. He opened the bag and grease poured out of the bag. The wings were disgusting and we will never go back. Save your money. Wish they had the option for no stars!!!

Shrimp and sweet potatoes fries definitely from the frozen aisle at food lion. What a waste if money. It was better when it was Big Woodys.

Pleasant, unexpected and welcome surprise... BEST Sunday brunch! Great experience all around! Friendly, effecient service, great food, excellent drinks, relaxed atmosphere. Will be back again and again. We wanted to try everything we saw come out of the kitchen because it looked so good.

Service so needs to be upgraded to actually paying attention to the customers. Food...well hit and miss. Wrap was good. Pretzel bites not so good with some thick cold cheese wiz product. I don't typically post but this place use to be awesome but now it needs some upgrades to service and food. Good luck!

Service was better than normal. Normally we have to track down a wait staff. This one particular night we only had to go gwmet the waitress once. The food is really good. Had the fish and chips.

The stage area (behind the bands) could be more exciting. 😀 We like this fun bar a lot. We also really enjoyed watching the riverboyz band. They are extremely talented. And we enjoyed the cocktails a lot. The outdoor area near the front is nice too. Fun place overall👍👍

I went to Beach Barracuda's with a group of old college friends this past weekend. We were there to see Radio 80s perform, since one of my friends went to high school with one of the musicians. This is a fun little bar that makes for some interesting people watching. I'm not from the area, but I'm assuming the crowd changes depending on the band performing. Since Radio 80s was there the night we went, it was an older crowd (40s and above). The band was amazing! They played an eclectic range of our favorite alternative and new wave songs from the 1980s, including Violent Femmes, R.E.M, INXS, Soft Cell, Tears for Fears, etc. Our crew had a blast, singing along with the songs we grew up listening to and dancing our butts off. The dance floor is tiny, so some of that dancing was "chair dancing," but it was SO MUCH FUN! I'm still hoarse from singing at the top of much lungs! I seriously need more of this in my life! I can't really comment on the food since we weren't really there to eat, but my friends commented that the bartender was kind of rude (which is why I knocked off a star).

We have been loyal customers of Big Woody’s for over a decade now. We have had homecoming parties here and multiple command functions here. Since switching over to Beach Barracudas, it has just gone downhill. The food quality has gone down. And now, to top it off, without telling you, they add a 20% Service fee on all takeout orders. So on a bill of $50 they charge you $10 just to box it up in Styrofoam. There is no justification for this other than the fact they are clearly losing business and are trying to make up the money. They have lost long-term customers in us just for that fact. We will be driving to Big Woody’s in Chesapeake from here on out.
