Beach & Town Motel - Motel in Hollywood - 1010 S Federal Hwy, USA

I stayed here 3 days with a friend all 3 days I had a bad experience from the employees to the quality of the rooms. They even overcharge you and take deposit money at their discretion. Avoid this place, room had no hot water mold was growing on the cieling,electrical sockets had no covers and sparked when trying to charge my phone.Windows had half blinds half bare window so I was woke up by the sun. I stepped out for a smoke and was asked to show Id that I had rented the room. The hotel staff also will book rooms and sell them to patrons for more money. For instance I booked a double bed but since they had already sold the room for more money they tried to offer a single bed at the same price. When I refused they make you wait 3-5 business days for a refund.

Between the crack addicts, the old ladies selling themselves and the weed sellers in the first floor, it only makes sense that the room rooms have outdated everything, don’t waste your money or breathe they don’t speak English or count very well..you have been warned, you get worse than what you pay for..pathetic code enforcement should live there

This is a local dive. They refused to refund me anything after I woke up at 1am itching from bed bugs. Suspicious people hang out in the parking lot and I think they are engaged in illegal activity. This no tell motel is in a good location but so are 100 other places nearby.

I stayed just one night. The lady at the front desk was very nice and I had no issues with checking in. The AirConditioner only cooled down 5 degrees in 24 hour's. I even went to the front desk to ask for dish soap to clean the air conditioner filter. It helped, but the room was still too warm to sleep well. Bed was small but comfortable. Bathroom had mold in toilet & shower. The bathroom is beyond repair. Time to gut it and remodel. Room was good for the price. The property looked clean enough and safe enough. Pool looked great. Personally, I wish the owners would read these reviews and listen to the verbal complaints. They could save their business, increase business and make their guests experiences great like they could be for an older, classic style motel in Hollywood Florida. I showed the owner pics of the things I wrote about here. She listened, but seems they don't care enough to change.

where to begin? i had to over night in ft lauderdale and this was the only cheap option! meaning 100USD a night! it was definitely not worth it period! the bathroom was horrible. there was no toilet paper in the bathroom at least there were clean towels (or so i assume) and soap. all the lights weren't working properly. i couldnt adjust the temperature on the ac unit. the reception area closes at 9pm so if you decide to get service after that! well good luck! the customer service is excellent however i must say that was the only good thing about the place. and oh the cable doesnt work at least the room i got cause i know the next door neighbor was watching tv. this room was definitely not worth the money i paid because the night before i stayed in a holiday inn in manhattan and paid 20$ more and was way better than this motel

I stayed here for a little over 2 weeks and it was AMAZING. The rooms are clean, it's very quiet and peaceful, and the pool was great! Management, housekeeping and everybody there are so nice and welcoming. I'll be going back soon!

Justin Mendez is an excellent front desk employee. He went above and beyond and totally out of his way to make sure I was comfortable!! KUDOS to such a great employee. I've worked in hospitality for over 20, he's a customer satisfaction gem!!
