BC Osaka - Sushi restaurant in Merrillville - 2999 E Lincoln Hwy, USA

I would highly recommend this place, it seems unlikely for me because I don't eat red meat I don't eat many kinds of seafood I also don't eat pork or anything raw. Great vegetarian selection. They cooked my raw chicken in front of me, cleaning the grill and making sure no ted meat or pork was near it. The tables were clean, the bathroom was clean, peeked in the kitchen. Clean. I will go again! Very well priced as well.

We were a party of 16. Plenty of room. Food was really good. Several of us enjoy sushi and we loved all the choices. The crab rangoons were so good! Our waitress was wonderful! My daughter’s retainer got thrown away and she dug it out of the trash for us.

As Chinese buffets go this place is pretty good. I like the sushi and the fact that they have a grill where you can have them cook you some fresh stir fry. I wish they would reopen the hibachi dining area that they had at one time. I don't know if that closed because of covid or what.

I cannot believe how much the prices have gone up. Just 2 months ago it cost 90$ (with no tip) to eat on a weekend for a family of 6: now, it’s 110 (with no tip)!!!!! The plates aren’t even clean. They are all wet with food debris still on them. It was seriously disgusting. It took forever for the servers to come get our used plates and refill our drinks. We tipped $15 and some change when we paid before eating because we didn’t have cash. I don’t think we will be coming back. So in total we spent $126. To go up so much and not even provide clean and dry plates is seriously atrocious.

Good price for the quality of food. Oh well we are from Canada, the cost of dining out is insane. Our server was very nice and attentive. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay before I eat - are you suspecting we are gonna run away without paying? Maybe that's a Chicago thing, I don't know. I can tell that some seafood were frozen for a while or being reheated several times, so it is not as fresh as it is supposed to be but they aren't bad either. All by all it was a good experience and we walked out satisfied.

Best buffet for Chinese. Quality food not like others. Sushi buffet is my personal favorite. And they don't dye their ginger pink. It is the natural light tan color that it should be. The Crab Rangoon is the best I've had so far as well. Many desserts to choose from as well.

$21 a person is one thing not complaining about the price of an all u can eat establishment at all. However, the food wasn't representing the charge. I'm originally from the East coast, New Jersey to be exact. So i know everything is not always good or prepared well so go with the safe options to give me an idea of what to try next. I won't bash any hard working business I'll just say I'd prefer take out

The best Asian buffet that I’ve been to in a long time. Truly loved the Hibachi grill! The buffet was okay. A nice variety and plenty of choices. The sushi was yummy, too. My only complaint was the cheap plastic utensils. COVID approved, though.
