I took my old Toshiba laptop to best buy and after opening my bag,they immediately closed and told me to throw it away. They informed me that Toshiba hadn't done any updates or anything since 2017. On my way home I passed BBT and decided to give it one more shot. I said a prayer walking in the building and was met w a smile and empathetic ear. I was given no promises but they would take a peek. I received a call just a few hours later explaining what needed to be done and given a price much cheaper then I expected. I walked out w basically a new computer. I have had no further problems but would definitely recommend them to anyone being told there is no hope. The computer Guru!! Thanks BBT!!!

Couldn’t find a place east of 8Mile that was known to repair my computer. However, after examining my computer, he found that there was a few issues and gave me an option of rebuild or purchase a new one well I purchased a new one very well satisfied with what I purchased at a very reasonable price, K.Miller owner, Did his name very well satisfied again? Definitely bring your computer here!!!!!! Brought my laptop in because it wouldn’t turn on, motherboard was fried and they figured it out within a day, then they found me a perfect laptop to replace mine and at a very good price, they were also patient with me when I called the store after they closed thinking I left a hard drive there, the woman on the phone was very kind and helped reach out to the technician who contacted me, after he’d already been off work btw, to reassure me and help remind me that the hard drive doesn’t sit in it its screwed to the bottom case when you open it. I’m sorry everyone!! I wish I would’ve asked for names because everyone is very kind and knowledgeable, not to mention very good with people like me that don’t take the time to look before freaking out lol 1000/10 would recommend!
