Their pricing is reasonable however the customer service is absolutely out standing. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them as 20! Dave is the tech that helped me with service above and beyond. I would not hesitate to use them again.

BBS Tech does great work. We are a business customer and they are able to remote into our computers securely and fix our issues.

I took my HP laptop of less than a year to BBS Tech for repair when it suddenly went black screen on me. I was told that first time clients are not charged for repair diagnosis and that they would get back to me once they gave it a checkup. I was notified the very next day that my PC was not able to be repaired and why. As busy as they were, they made time to take care of my needs with no charge. I was relieved that I was given an honest appraisal and also given some advice on buying my replacement laptop. I was very impressed with the honesty and expertise having been highly recommended to me from a friend that used them. I now have a place that I feel comfortable taking my technology to because of their integrity and honesty. As a woman with less than advanced technology knowledge, I have a computer repair business that I trust and respect and that is very important to me.

I was very happy with the service. It’s simple…he told me how long it would take to diagnose the problem and did so within that time frame. All of my options were presented to me and a reasonable price was given. I’m bringing all my tech needs to BBS in the future.

was looking for a shop to have my graphics card in my pc swapped out with a newer model card (card inside was a rtx 3080, was swapping it out with a 4070) . me and my mom entered the store and he told us it should be done either today or monday after the weekend passed... all was well so far. up until we asked for a receipt ... my mom also asked does the receipt have any indication of a serial number of the pc and parts we dropped off... after she asked this the person working the counter ripped up the small sheet of paper he was filling out, threw his hands into the air and told us to leave immediately .... my 60 year old mother broke into tears begging him to still install the new part and he ordered us to leave the store... was refered here by a family friend and will not be returning.... did not expect him to flip out like this due to these simple questions... considering i was easily dropping off close to 3 grand in computer parts including a new graphics card from amazon, considering he DIDNT give us a receipt until we asked for one

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! BBS Tech definitely lived up to previous reviews. I was ready to throw my computer out the window before dropping it off. Quick turnaround time, professional service (Dave was great!), and incredible price. I'm pretty sure my computer is working faster than the day I brought it home. Highly recommend, will be spreading the word!

Driving by the Greece Store and stopped in regarding a laptop issue. Being a first-time customer, I was tentative and full of questions. The laptop was fixed, customer service was excellent, both Dave & Paul are super. Since then, I have stopped in for about three more times with computer and printer issues and advice, and always pleased. I enjoy telling friends about my great service.

We've used BBS Tech on several occasions. The service is excellent, and the techs are very knowledgeable. Customer service is great, and their prices can't be beat.
