They sent burnt food! I called the restaurant and the girl who answered the phone was zero help, lacked customer service skills and did nothing to remedy the situation. How on earth can you serve something like this in good faith?? The mashed potatoes for the 2nd entree were old and cold. They looked like they were 2 or 3 days old! The entire order was absolutely disgusting. Just gross all around, and it went straight to the trash! I would never order from this place again!

Had a great time celebrating a friend's 50th birthday here. Staff was friendly and on top of any requests. There is plenty of parking and fun karaoke 🎤 😜 Highly recommend 👌

Impeccable service, atmosphere and food! Quite accommodating to large parties that ascend upon them in an instant! Just impressive! The exterior is nothing special, just a strip mall, but, once you enter, spectacular decorating for a premium sports bar! It's a wonderful family bar, regulars hangout or a quick wonderful meal! Impressive food on the menu to choose from! This would be a great hangout like a neighborhood "Cheers!" If we lived closer, we'd frequent often! 😁

I had the Caroline Chicken Fried Chicken sandwich. It was really good. Love the "slaw" on it, which was actually spicy Bread and Butter pickles and something else. Chicken was cooked perfectly, and was still juicy and delicious! I also had the sweet potato fries as a side, and they were okay. I think they're cut a little too thin, so the sweet potato flavor is not as pronounced as I prefer. My wife had the Chicken Fried Steak. She was very disappointed. She said it was way overcooked and not very tasty. She also thought the pile of mashed potatoes under the chicken fried steak was kind of bland. So, all in all, she wouldn't even finish her plate, nor take it as leftovers. So, for me it was good, for her, it was not. I know my wife and this means she will never come here again. I'll have to come back solo to try anything else.

Thr staff was very attentive to our table and food quality was high level. Seems like a few “regulars” come here quite often as I heard the waitress and bartender address people by their name. Would recommend for dinner/lunch as our overall experience was top notch.

This restaurant has a great atmosphere.the cocktails are great. I like The County Line. It was refreshing and sneaky. Sip slow. The Bacon BB looks like a real burger should. It was not flat. Birria tacos were phenomenal. I will be back soon

TLDR: Good service, food not so much. Go to the Springhill location instead. The service is nice attentive and pretty quick. We liked our appetizer (buffalo chicken dip) but did not enjoy the majority of our food. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich that I've gotten at another BBS location and loved, but the one here was a sadness sandwich. The chicken was so paper thin it was like just eating the breading, and the breading was so soggy the whole sandwich was falling apart. We usually go to the Springfield location and their tater tots are my absolute favorite but at this location they weren't as crispy and so loaded with grease I thought I was going to puke, but I'm more sensitive to that than most people probably are. The waitress was nice and asked if everything was okay when she saw us picking things apart but I got anxious and said it was fine but I don't think getting anything else would have helped our experience.

Robert took my phone order and he was awesome. Super upbeat attitude and double checked my order to make sure he heard me right. There was a small issue when I picked it up (lets be real friday nights are insane and it happens sometimes) but the bartender was so nice and got it fixed with lightning speed. 10/10 love this restaurant and the staff. I will be back!
