Great stop if you're on the north-end of Wausau. Pizza and Friday night fish fry seem to be their specialty, but the menu has a variety of choices for all taste buds. Impressive and diverse selection of beer, both tap and bottle or can. Waitstaff for both bar and dining are top-notch. Highly recommend!

I usually go every 2-4 weeks with one of my friends to hang out and enjoy some food. Our go-to's are their french fries, appetizer platter, mac and cheese, Ruben, pulled pork sandwich, and of course, pizza! The food is generally average to good, the service for its is usually great (we typically go on Saturdays), and I know it can be a very popular place late at night, and on Fridays. As far as the pizza goes, I wanted to add that personally, I don't care for thin crust pizzas, but when these guys say thin crust, it's like a cracker-crust which was amazing with my mac and cheese pizza (which I would strongly recommend to people who love their carbs).
Their food is good but don’t try to order through EatStreet, this restaurant never accepts orders and you won’t know until an hour later. And it wasn’t just today, the last 3 times we tried to order this has happened. Too bad, we like their French dips.
Tried BB Jacks for the first time. I enjoyed it, the fish was very good. The homemade fries were ok, I would have stuck with chips. A few minor issues with service. Dining room gets really loud when full. Overall good experience and will try again.
I just moved in around the corner and from my first two visits, this place is really great! This is definitely a unique place, not just "another bar" in town. In fact its not really a bar at all, a restaurant and ice cream shop with a little bit of "bar on the side" I would say. Really nice employees, food was delicious. Pizza is AS good as any in town, right alongside Sams and Angelos. Three different but delicious styles each their own, we are quite lucky in this town! Selfishly I wish they'd stay open longer(they close at 8) but with staffing as it is I totally get it, and I'm sure they've done the math and are doing what makes sense for them. I was too hungry to grab photos, but being half a block away I'll be back and get some next time!!
Ordered pick up- the fries had no salt whatsoever, the Reuben didn't have sauce, and everything luke warm on pick up, let alone when I got home 5 mins later

Wonderful dinner while visiting Wausau. Did a take out order and everyone’s dish was cooked perfectly.
