This park is beautiful and spacious. The grounds are kept clean, and they have clean bathrooms. The park has courts for baseball, basketball, tennis, handball and they also have a skatepark. There is a play area for kids and a splash pad that is on during warmer weather. It is far from the city but if you are looking to get a little ways out but atay close this would be a great spot. It's also next to a state park which has some pretty views.

Bayswater Park is a spacious area that has a variety of recreational activities to be involved in. I enjoyed my short visit, I sipped on a cup of coffee and read a few articles In the early hours when it was quiet and not much going on. I actually like this park, it's great for exercise and many other recreational activities.
Wow! I lived on Beach Channel Drive in the early 1960's...I smoked my first cigarette when this park was sand dunes..went to Far Rockaway HS for 1 year..we moved to the Bronx. Looks wonderful...left NYC in 1983....miss the Big Apple and it's diversity...people and food ! My friend Miriam Lassinger's father owned a kosher deli on Mott Ave and we'd it free frankfurters...across the street was a pizza place..25cents for a slice and a Coke. Another place had a battel of yummy pickles one for 5 cents. Any restaurants offering conch stew ?
Very conducive for all outdoor activities which include basketball, lawn tennis, racquet ball and jogging 🏃♀️. Children playground and restrooms are also available
The city always has something nice set up for the children. My kids always have a blast!
Great park with a 280 meter grass area. Small area for barbecuing. Nice area for kids to play in sprinkler water area
Love this park, I was raised in this area, been coming to Bayswater Park since I was 10yes old, played paddleball here when there were paddleball courts. I love the upgrades and every year I come for the reunion in July or August. I still come just to relax..keep up the good work.
I really enjoy this park, it's located adjacent to Forest Park and the amazing walking trails and closed to the bandstand (across Woodhaven). There's a great track and plenty of areas for playing all types of sports. Plenty of shady areas with bench

Iâm a spring baby and this park was my haven this year. So many interesting surprises along my hike through it. One of my little gems. Itâs clean and never crowded. I spot blue jays and other colorful birds and wild cats. Feels great being wrap
If you have small kids, donât even think of going to other beaches at Far Rockaway but here. Iâve been taking my kids here every summer since 2018 and Iâve always found a parking spot for free right next to the playground. We ONLY go on weekday
One of the smaller parks out here, yet its fairly well kept and shown to be a great place to hangout or even take a small walk around before you head back home.
Attended the park on Sunday evening for an event called the Dope Day Party. It goes from 3-pm - 10 pm. Got there around 7:30 and had a hard time finding parking. You can park on premises but at 7:30 when we got there the lot was full. Had a GREAT tim
