Bayonne Bay is a wonderful townhouse community . Is very nice location and so good. Have Costco there.

I've been a resident here since before the clubhouse was built, and I must say that Howard is an exceptional clubhouse manager. He consistently organizes fantastic holiday events and treats for us. He even managed to bring food trucks to the community, which is a godsend for those of us who have busy workdays and want to avoid the hassle of cooking or dealing with high delivery fees. I'm genuinely appreciative of Howard's invaluable presence here at Bayonne Bay.

I had the best experience ever with Vanessa. She helped us so much with understanding the apartments and showing us around. She was the best with communication and the best employee that I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

I've lived at Bayonne Bay for 3 years and couldn't recommend it more! Yes, every place has pros and cons. However, the pros, location and uniqueness of the apartments trumps all. Management and maintenance are typically very quick to respond and address any issues. While some may have a different level of experience I'd say mine has been very positive overall. Regarding the apartment it's pretty spacious and unique as my 1 bedroom has an attached garage. Can't find that anywhere else! The walls can seem thin at times but overall it's not much of an issue and nothing that's worse than any other apartment I've resided in. I know this was long winded but for the price, space and location you really can't beat this place in this current market. None of the surrounding apartments compare.

We haven’t officially moved into Bayonne Bay yet, but we were already highly interested after seeing the model and now even more so since we’ve seen how kind, patient and accommodating the leasing staff is. They answered every question we called with about the application, and when we popped by unexpectedly (we were in the area), we spoke to Vanessa, who looked over our application with us and even allowed us to tour a different unit we were interested in that had just come on the market. She and Kristina were extremely helpful in forwarding our questions and application to the management team, who responded just as promptly. Though our application is still pending, our experience with them demonstrated that we’d be in good hands should we join the Bayonne Bay community, with a team that seems to truly care about its residents. A big thank you to them for making the process easier for us!

Vanessa was greatly appreciated and is amazing at her job. She got the point across and helped my partner and I understand the process. Deserves a raise!

Bayonne Bay is a wonderful townhouse waterfront community right behind Costco, CVS, LA Fitness, Starbucks and Lidl Market. The light rail station on Route 440 is across the highway. Bayonne Bay offers a gym, outdoor swimming pool and more. It is a family oriented and well maintenance community. The maintenance team all lives on site so they respond to the work order right away. The ladies from the leasing office are super thoughtful and friendly. This is the best rental community I have ever stayed in.

Leasing is extremely helpful and responsive. Vanessa was accommodating and sweet! Couldn’t recommend enough!
