We stayed due to work company there were mold in the baths and you would watch cockroaches roam around the food in the morning is not a lot I know I’m 22 weeks pregnant so it wasn’t good and the juice was not cold it was warm and nasty. I’ve been to nicer hotels this was lower then those the fact you have to request room service is horrible the pool was warm but it was dirty mold in it no jacuzzi told everyone in the company to pay in the morning instead of night they left around 6 am people be sitting o. The roofs and walk-in around for me not safe I didn’t leave by myself unless my husband came
Do NOT ever stay at this hotel. This is independently owned. We stayed here after attending the fair and the place felt unsafe from the beginning with random people walking around outside. At check in you will be required to put down a $50 deposit for incidents which they said would be refunded after 4-5 business days. There is no elevator in this hotel. The room was so hot! I turned the air off and then back on and it did start working . The shower was full of hair strands and the drain was not draining. The toilet at the bottom was full of hair and dirt. Who knows what else! The comforter on the one bed was dirty. Then, we found a BED BUG!! I have never stayed anywhere where I have seen a bed bug! We collected the LIVE bed bug in a cup and took it down to the front desk where he said “I haven’t heard of any bed bugs in this room” ummm this room? So obviously they have had them in others. I asked for a refund but he said he had to talk to someone first and they would contact me. No apology for any of the uncleanliness. Just never go here!! Way over priced and disgusting!
We were in town for a quick night to see a band at Alpine Valley. I was skeptical after reading reviews but our stay was perfect. Our room was super clean ( I clean and own Airbnbs and have high standards). The rooms are dated but for the price point that's to be expected I feel.
The air was so cold we had to turn it down at one point. It was freezing and that comes from two people who travel with fans.
The staff was super friendly and check in was super easy.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
There are major health and safety concerns that need to be addressed.
The room was filthy and unsanitary. There was no fridge, no trash can, no paper towels, every kitchen drawer & cabinet was empty (no supplies). The stove was covered in rust and food crumbs. The microwave was damaged and peeling. There were dead, dried up bugs on the sofa. There were large stains on just about every soft surface. There were stains and sticky residue, and dirt and mold everywhere. Outside of the room, the odor of weed was horrendous. There was dog feces in the hall, for at least 10 hours.
Interior and exterior doors were propped open and beer parties were going on all weekend. I did not feel safe in the halls or in the parking lot. They did not have an elevator, so I had to take 3 trips by myself and was approached by strangers each trip. It was not safe. The breakfast bar was sticky & unsanitary. The food & coffee was the lowest quality I’ve ever seen. The crock pot of eggs almost made me vomit. People were walking around in their dirty bare feet and in their pajamas in the breakfast area. It should NOT be advertised as a clean, safe place for families to stay.
If a name of hotel chain that is widely known to offer good hotels at a good price Wyndham should surely see if they want there names affiliated with this hotel. Horrible breakfast, rooms were ok not particularly clean, dog poop on the landing to go upstairs, no elevator, people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot and abandoned cars in lot too. Will definitely double ck reviews for my next stay even if it is owned by a well known hotel chain.
Wanted a quick night away from the City so stayed here for a night last weekend with my husband. Hotel not the cleanest. The Hotel is also lacking in Customer Service. There was a power cut at about 10.30pm on Saturday night which lasted until about 6am. When I tried to get some water from the drinking fountain in the dark it didn't work because it needed power. The Gentleman refused to give me a bottle of water before I paid him for it first. Also paid over $270 for the Room, which is a lot for this quality of Hotel. I suggest the owners buy a generator and maybe put some water bottles in the Room. This Hotel is Not worth the Money $$$$$
So we checked in late at night. Man at the desk was very nice. Room was super hot. Air conditioner wasn't blowing out too much cold air. Check the room for bed bugs and there they were all over the place. Ask for refund. They said it would be refunded. Check my credit card statement hours later. There's no refund even applied contacted by. Credit card agency and they said that they would take care of it as soon as these people post their charge to me. I do not recommend staying lousy place.
I regret staying here. They have no concern for the health and safety of their guests. Power was out for the entire night--no generators except for one to the lobby--which meant no A/C, no lights in any of the rooms (safety hazard), and for those of us with medical devices, no possible way to actually sleep safely. They made no effort to find us safer accomodations at another Wyndham hotel or refund, saying it wasn't their fault. True, but the safety of your guests should be a priority. Will use a different hotel chain in future.

We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 4-5 years. The past couple of years weâve really said to ourselves that the place had really gone down hill. From dust and grime in the corners of the bathroom to the hallway doors being absolute

My family and I stayed here for a friend's wedding. The hotel was clean, and everything looked brand new. As fantastic as the amenities were, the staff were really the best part. Every single employee I encountered was helpful, friendly, and very war
