Biggest complaint - you are on the main drag and will hear a lot of emergency vehicles. But you have easy access to a variety of food choices and stores.||Complaint on housekeeping - we were in town for a funeral so we were going to be in and out. First, we were told the room would be available at 3. We arrived around 5:30, after a long day of travel, and they were still cleaning the rooms! We decided to get dinner then and come back. Secondly, we put the “do not provide housekeeping” sign on the door. We came back from a quick morning visit with family and the curtain was opened. We each thought the other did it. Next morning, 6 am, we realized housekeeping had come in and had taken all the dirty towels and did not replace them! (And that was why the curtain was open)||The desk chair was broken but once we mentioned it to the desk manager, it was replaced.

Two Star Hotel… at most The only good thing about this place is the shower. Good, strong shower head, pressure and hot water. Everything else was a dumpster fire. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, fixtures falling off the walls and beds have window curtains as blankets with burn marks. Their cleaning staff is lazy. This place was built with the bare minimum to call it a motel. Unless you are staying one night or charging by the hour, keep driving. Any higher star review is from staff, friends or family.

Positive: The staff was great. Housekeeping personnel were great as well. Negative: Breakfast could have had some more options like sausage, bacon, grits.

The room was nice and spacious!! The front desk people were nice and friendly and breakfast was terrific! The pool was the best part for me though!

The thing that mostly bothered me was the infestation of roaches I literally seen over 10 roaches within staying one night. Other than that hey if you like staying with me this is your motel cause it not even hotel no more then people literally stand outside blasting music ALL DAY

Being between homes right now it has been a really nice place to stay the have been very helpful and worked with us and our stay. They are very friendly people here

My wife and I stayed one night as a half way stop from Florida on our way back home. Being advertised as a non smoking room, we immediately noticed a strong smoker smell in our room, broken vanity mirror, broken shower rod and a cracked sink. Enforcing the evidence, we found 3 cigarette burns in the bed comforter. I went to the front desk to notify them for liability assurance, and the front desk attendant says she will inform the manager and bring us a new comforter. The manager did not show and we were not brought another comforter. Due to the strong smell and excessive dust in the vents, my wife and I were concerned for our health. You certainly get what you pay for, and we knew we would sacrifice some amenities for price. We did not think we would lose basic quality of clean rooms due to a $30 lower rate. We will pay the money in the future for decent air quality. We will NEVER stay at a Baymont ever again.

One of the best cheaper hotels I’ve been to! The front clerk Heather is kind, personable, and helpful. She did her job exceptionally well, very professional.. The rooms are nice, and the exterior of the hotel is far more attractive than the others surrounding. I was pleasantly surprised by how large the television was ! It’s very well kept & has become one of my first choices for hotels.
