Baymont by Wyndham Sevierville Pigeon Forge - Hotel in Sevierville - 711 Parkway, USA

An excellent place to stay when you are on a budget. Very accommodating staff and clean and comfortable room with small but adequate refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The air conditioner was quiet and kept the room very comfortable. ||If I had to come up with a complaint it would be that the free breakfast facility was not quite adequate for the number of people trying to take advantage of it.

Terrible and sketchy. |We live in the surrounding area of pigeon forge in Knoxville. We were told only once we arrived that they would put a deposit on our card AND we had to pay 150.00 CASH deposit since we were local. No exceptions. |We left. Contacted Corperate and they said to contact the motel manager. But that was the person who was shady enough to require a cash deposit. Called Priceline and they gave us a refund. They were completely confused why a hotel would do such a thing and they even called them to check. |If we had paid cash they could has easily kept the money for no reason and we couldn't even dispute it. |After all of the frustration I'm glad we didn't stay there. Many many many reviews from other sites show that this place is infested with ROACHES anyway. Yuck, I guess it was good that they were sketchy because we didn't end up there paying to sleep with roaches and bugs.

Love staying with Wyndham, I wish I didn't have to pay a deposit in some locations. As many as I've stayed in, it shouldn't be a question. I'm still owed a $100 deposit that I trued to retrieve many of times and was given the run around and never was contacted about my deposit experience that I never retrieved. It's been in 2021, and I still have all my information. They scanned my ID to send to their district manager and still no contact. I left messages and phone calls.||

Positive: The location and the size of the suite. Negative: The level of cleanliness was only satisfactory. None of the mirrors were clean. There was thick dust on the curtains & bed frame. The dining table wasn't clean. The bathroom door wasn't clean. The room needed a deep clean. Not a quick surface clean.

For an older establishment this is a great place to stay! The prices are excellent. The staff is very polite, kind, courteous, & friendly. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds, internet, cable, & a great shower! It’s right at the beginning of Pigeon Forge which if that’s where you’re going, it’s a great place to start! We stay here whenever we get a chance to come down.

ROACH INFESTATION!! I will never stay with Wyndham again. This place is infested with roaches and unclean. I found roaches in the first room and was moved rooms. I found a roach on the lamp in the second room in less than a minute of being in the room. Didn’t make it 5ft in the room. The front desk staff refused to contact management or give a refund. I was told they would contact me on Monday. They never did. I contacted them on Tuesday and again spoke to the front desk employee. I was placed on hold then they hung up on me. I called back and they continued to hang up on me without taking the call. I did contact corporate and I have yet to get my money back. DISGUSTING SERVICE and DISGUSTING ROOMS. Last stay with Wyndham ever. They are not who they once were. After I left I opted to stay in a Choice Hotel that night and had a great experience. It needs zero stars but one is the lowest it allows

This place was definitely worth going back to an hour king-size room. Our bed was very comfortable. The room had a hot tub and a fireplace. Very enjoyable. Thank you. Will definitely come back.

If you get a room with a jacuzzi, be prepared to clean it yourself. There's hair and soap scum, but the worst part is the hair and skin cells that come out when you run the jacuzzi. We bought cleaner and Sponges, ran the jacuzzi three times, still not perfect, but better. The switch for the jacuzzi was broken and full of belly button smelling water. We had to use an ink pen to turn it on and off. Hair in between the sheets and on the towels. Food behind the chair. The doors are dirty, one had what appeared to be ketchup on it. We've stayed at this hotel for years when we visit, but the uncleanliness is getting out of control. We tried the breakfast one morning, but it was stale offbrand cereal or scrambled eggs. That's a hard pass for me. I wish they would do actual repairs and clean the way it should be cleaned. If you don't mind cleaning your own room, it's no big deal.
