My family was here for a reunion. This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room has holes in the walls. The front door was dirty like the walls haven’t been wiped down in years. The toilet did not flush and backs up. The towels were dingy and dirty. We were only given one set of towels for two guest. The bathroom was not clean and the tub has brown rings around it. The microwave was dirty and peeling. The room had the most dreadful smell like there last guest was smoking in the room. The refrigerator didn’t work. When asked to move to another room we were told she had to ask the manager. We saw roaches in the room. The pool had a green color to it. Trash was left all around the pool area. The pool look like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. There are many signs advertising this hotel as you entering Selma Al like it’s a nice place to stay. It’s not. I’m so shocked that the Wyndham company has a Hotel in their company that is so very run down. This Hotel is in bad need of renovation. Do not I repeat do don’t book to stay at this location.
It was the worst experience I've ever had. The bathroom ceiling was peeling. The toilet was disgusting, i had to be my own housekeeper. Money-wise wise i wanted to go to another hotel but since i brought my own cleaning supplies i decided to clean it myself. I had to buy my own sheets, their sheets looked dirty. I spilled some liquid on the floor and when i cleaned it the towel became so dirty from the floor. The fridge was unbalanced and it was about to fall over. I had to switch rooms because the first room the TV wasn't working. There was no latch on the door so i felt unsafe. I had to put a chair on the door so no one could walk in. I will never be coming here again.
I drove 15 hours and arrived at 4am for a funeral the same day, I was so tired I just didn't have it in me to seek other accommodations, this place is horrible. I read reviews after the fact and I needed shelter and a bed. Staff did accommodate us and we were moved to a different room, while it was better I would definitely skip this place in the future.
Lady at counter was very friendly and had awesome hospitality, rooms were ok. No complaints there. And food places all around you.
Had no clue I was getting a room where I would be awakened in the night by rapid gunfire. This after going to the office several times for towels, a TV remote, help getting TV channels to come in and was told I'd have to go across the street to get ice I even tried to check out. Can't believe I paid $131+ to risk my life just passing through town on business. Staff working the front desk seem to hate their jobs and act as though you are imposing upon them for the lack of basically everything. This is gonna be a $131+ sleepless night. Feeling bamboozled.
This was one of the worse Hotels I’ve been in. Ceiling had mildew all across it, bugs on the floor and immediately as you open the door to the room the smell was horrible. The surroundings of the hotel and the hotel itself looked to be very dangerous and easy to break into. Even the front door didn’t close properly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
It nice room and it has comfortable bed and clean room and they have friendly staff people is work there
The only thing that could improve this hotel is a wrecking ball and a backhoe. Not clean, not secure horrible climate control, expired food offered for breakfast. Had better experiences on the side of I-40 in the 1980’s. The only redeeming quality were the employees. They were doing what they could with what they were working with. Which is near nothing.
This was an horrible experience. When I got in the room it was too late and I was too tired to change rooms. Also, I clean my own room and use my own towels anyways, when I visit hotels. Their was no cable TV the whole week. I also went two days with
I love it. The food is soooo delicious. We stay for hours, it's so relaxing. And the drinks are the bomb. Get on up and go try it for yourself. Ask for Jessica Rush. She's very welcoming, and she fixes the best drinks. She is very good at her job.
Hey Y'all Hey!!! So Kam and I got the opportunity to do some Market Research at the Candy Lady. When I tell you that the Customer Service was Amazing. The prices were reasonable!!! She has available seating outside. She also has parking spots availab
Perfect amount of food for the inexpensive price and the flavor and taste is on point.... And its real food not that processed garbage we stop at daily... Save yourself the trouble of debating and go there your soul will thank you
A local favorite and must-try if youâre visiting Selma, Lannieâs is well-loved by Selmans and tourists alike and was recommended to us by everyone we spoke to. Their food comes out piping hot, tender and crispy! The bbq plates and catfish were a
I had dinner here recently and really enjoyed it. They have a dining side of the house and a lounge side of the house. We went to the lounge to enjoy the love music. It was very busy for a Thursday and the lounge side has the feel of a drive bar and
The food! The food! The food! Amazing, Delectable, and Delicious. When we were there we had to eat in the car (no inside dining); but the food is so good you will not mind ð
Great service! I went in and they were extremely busy but despite being overcrowded I was still greeted with tremendously superb service, a friendly face, and even though they were busy, very prompt service!
