Baymont by Wyndham Seattle/Kirkland WA - Hotel in Kirkland - 12223 NE 116th St, USA

Despite being close to the freeway, super quiet rooms. Comfy beds and very functional room. Needs an updated info sheet as it has been photocopied a few too many times. Fantastic breakfast service, very pleased with selection and presentation.

Hotel was well kept, room clean, good beds, everything in the room (ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries, many towels, modern TV with streaming apps, etc.), new (and relatively quiet) air conditioner and heater, at a very affordable price. Breakfast was very good, and the lady that attending the breakfast room was efficient and attentive to details (like replenishing items when they were almost gone). Front desk staff efficient and proactive (although not many smiles!). Only thing I would add is the need for more power outlets in the room. I'm glad I picked this hotel for our extended stay in Kirkland, the cost/benefit is hard to beat.

I have no reason to complain nor express negativity about my 4 day stay- safe, secure, quiet, clean, comfortable, everything worked- microwave, refrigerator, hot water, television, heat/ac, electrical outlets, 4 lamps- knowledgeable, professional 24hrs/day staff. Lovely swimming pool, breakfast options, roomy, decently priced.

Excellent stay 20 minutes from downtown Seattle. Wonderful costumer service from the staff and GM. Soft mattresses in clean rooms. A perfect set up with plenty of room for several weary travelers! Keep in mind the layout and set up is a turn of the century aesthetic, which may not to be to every travelers liking but we felt it was very charming and reminded these elder millennials of family vacationing in our childhood. We will happily be back the next time we are in the area.

I have stayed at a few Baymont hotels in the past and they have always been a very nice hotel. Most had a conference center. This one was barely above a motel 6 quality. We were very disappointed. Especially since it was my sister's birthday and we were looking for something a little more upscale without breaking the Bank. We drove past the entrance because it is in an overgrown area with boarded up buildings and tall weeds. Run, don't walk away from this hotel. Nothing is close for dining.

Great staff. My biggest problem was the seat for the shower wouldn’t fit inside the shower. I had to use it half in and a leg outside so water unfortunately was on the floor. Otherwise it was a perfect place to stay with my daughter before and following her surgery. Accommodated requests for more pillows after her surgery and refreshed room as needed. Thank you!!!

This property shows lots of deferred maintenance, from the weedy entry and scruffy parking lot, to worn out bedding, furniture and fixtures. The room was not well cleaned, hair on the bathroom floor, no shampoo, a general worn and dirty feel to furniture, plus sticky carpet. Rooms on one side of building face a noisy freeway. Rooms on the other are looked into by large windowed condos just behind the property. No sense of privacy. We asked for a quiet room and got a second floor room facing the condos. If you must stay there ask for top floor room. Second floor was very noisy from 5a due to heavy footed upstairs guest. External hallways and building’s structural design amplifies all footfall. Kids running up and down walkways is heard by all. A top floor room might be quieter. Would not recommend Baymont Kirkland.

I stayed here while on a trip to see a Sarah Maclachlan concert at Chateau Ste Michelle Winery. We were able to get checked in early. Front desk person was cordial and very easy to talk to. He answered any questions I had and the process was quick. The room was huge and very comfortable. King size bed was excellent, everything in the room was clean and tidy. The location was perfect! Only took about 10 minutes to get to the venue and since it's close to the 405 easy to start the road home.
