Baymont by Wyndham Queensbury Lake George - Hotel in Queensbury - 1 Abbey Lane, USA

We had an amazing stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sowm who helped me with my bags to the second floor. Our room was clean and spacious. Comfy beds. The kids loved the indoor heated pool. Breakfast was just okay, but the location was perfect and I'd stay there again.

Room was great. Nice and clean.Very nice breakfast, plentiful supply. They did not run out of items as so many other places that include breakfast do. Very nice,big pool. Very attentive staff. Enjoyable stay.

Do your research and check other reviews before booking at this hotel. Upon initial arrival, it is a very unsettling drive up to the front of the hotel which almost looks abandoned. When you first walk into the lobby you instantly get hit with the smell of cigarettes and weed. Everything about the entire lobby seemed old and outdated. The staff there wasn’t necessarily mean, but certainly not nice or approachable. When we were told to drive around to the back entrance of the hotel closer to where our room was, we saw what all of the other entrances looked like - which was certainly not pretty. All of the doors were wedged open with a rock (which normally they’re supposed be locked with room key entrance only), so there was little to zero sense of security in terms of anyone just wandering in to the hotel. Super shady people constantly just lurking around the property too. Our entrance was blessed with a dirty, muddy floor as well as a pile of smelly and wet boots just sitting right by the door. Almost certain there are people that just live at this hotel full time and do whatever they want. The room itself was fine actually, not many complaints there other than some minor stains on the sheets. Luckily no roaches in our room that other reviews said they encountered. Super noisy and rude “neighbors” at night playing music, yelling, dogs barking and slamming doors. Spend the extra $40 a night and stay somewhere closer to Lake George assuming that’s what you are traveling there for.

It was a great stay, we spent 4 days, close to Great Escape, a little far from Lake George. Rooms are very clean, the staff is very welcoming. We had 2 rooms with 2 fridges and 2 TVs. The sheets and towels were changed every day. Weekends are very busy here, if you prefer less people, come during the week. The breakfast is very good.

The bed and pillow are confy. The room smell great. Its not a new hotel…its a great hôtel for everyone. The price is good. The pool is clean , but the pool towel its small its| Soo small. Im not complaning…But the breakfast is not that great… no fruits!!! Ilno banana or apple ..the hotel is very close to everything. 15 minutes from lake Georges. 2 min from walmart. Very close to the outlet 7 min… The employer are very nice. |If your are use to travel into 3 stars hotel, this hotel is for you..

We were visiting Lake George and stayed here for two nights. Our room was clean and spacious with a microwave, a fridge and a TV. They have a heated swimming pool which was clean and the water temperature was comfortable. If you need ice for your coolers they have an ice maker as well. They serve full fledged breakfast with scrambled eggs, bread, bagels, butter, cream cheese, waffles, milk and cereals, coffee and juice. It is just eleven minutes away from Lake George. The price we got was unbeatable and lower than other lodgings in the same area. I would highly recommend this motel.

We were in the area for one night to visit Great Escape and Lake George. Definitely feel the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. It could use more lighting especially in the pool area. The lobby is bright but the rest of the hotel seemed very dark in the evening. ||Pros: Pet friendly, bed was comfortable, room and hotel interior clean, tv and fridge in room, convenient location, has basic breakfast options included, lots of parking, shower pressure good, staff friendly||Cons: Seems to need more staff, property could use updating (has great potential), noisy on 87 side, breakfast options are limited

Place is an absolute dump. The room was so gross I went to Target and purchased a spray bottle of all -surface disinfectant to spray on everything, including the floor, before I felt remotely safe walking or sitting. Smelled like stale cigarettes being masked by Fabreeze. I only gave two starts for service because I really didn't need any. What could they do? They couldn't raze the building and rebuild while I was there, and I was only there because a) I was falling asleep at the wheel; and b) it was August in Saratoga so there were no rooms elsewhere to be had. Never again. Location was fine.
