Baymont by Wyndham Perrysburg/Toledo - Hotel in Perrysburg - 27441 Helen Dr, USA

Check-in was smooth and fast. Room was clean and nice and microwave and fridge were clean and nice. Room A/C was nice and cool, bathroom was large and plenty of towels. Breakfast was just "eh" but there are nearby places to grab Breakfast. We didn't use the pool but walked down to get ice and looked in the pool area and it was nice and clean. Very quiet place and convenient location.

Fluffy pillows, clean sheets, clean rooms/environment, quiet, they don't bug u, the pool hot tub sona and gym all work and ice machines and laundry. No bugs, friendly staff. Not stingy with the towels toiletries or breakfast. Good breakfast. Fruit yogurt sausage biscuits and gravy waffles cereal muffins french toast ticks oj iz almost always gone tho but apple juice is good. I would recommend this place any day.

Booked the hotel specifically for the EV charger. When I got there it was off, not broken, off. I asked to look at the breaker panel and was refused. Wasn't happy. The hotel was your typical flea bag hotel. I was expecting that from other reviews.

I was scared at first because of some of the reviews saying horrible things about it. But it was the complete opposite, everything went good. Our stay went smooth, they had good breakfast, a nice pool and jacuzzi. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was cleaned, no bugs or nothing like the reviews say. For its price I say it's pretty good hotel to stay at when visiting.

WORST PLACE EVER!! Stayed here 2 nights for a bowling tournament in Toledo. Booked by our league secretary because she cant afford better. I didnt want to stay, but she made me feel bad, even though we each paid for our own rooms.. 2 people per room, 4 rooms. The hallways and the rooms smelled like a flooded, musty basement. 2 stories.. NO ELEVATOR!! We were on the 1st floor. Beds were ok.. AC was cold. Hardly any hot water in shower. Pool/spa/sauna area was clean but the kids down there were out of control. (Soccer tournaments). They were running and jumping into pool and hot tub, SCREAMING at the top of their lungs, no parents around. They were out of pool towels. Breakfast SUCKED. They had the usual, bread, bagels, no butter, no cream cheese, toaster, make your own waffles, which was more like pancakes, no syrup, they had biscuits and sausage water for gravy. 2 apples, 3 bananas, cold cereal, no milk. There was less than half a roll of TP for 2 people, asked for more at front desk, was told the supply room was closed!! (WTH??) Had to go to Walmart. Remember folks, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

Racist!!!!! Be aware of you're black and you have a family this is not the hotel for you!!! We were constantly harassed about housekeeping because we had kids and because we didn't want to leave the room while they cleaned it we was put out!! Manager tried to claim we were smoking in the room when he walked past and claimed we was the only ones on that floor but they were cleaning rooms right next to ours the day we was put out. They just targeted us because we were black with little children. I'm already homeless with 4 kids but this place is heartless. Don't waste your money here go across the street to the super 8/Days inn. Way better service.

Check in staff was rude! Holes in our room walls, mold in the shower and on the curtain, room smelled, not enough outlets in our rooms. Pool area was so hot you can’t breathe and enjoy it. Floors were sticky throughout the entire hotel. Breakfast was offered but what a joke! Nothing was refilled. Didn’t matter if you went at 7:30 or at 9:15. Baby changing station in pool restroom was falling off the wall. Guests were taking the floating emergency equipment to use as toys in the pool making it unsafe for those around them with ropes in the pool.

This place was awesome honestly, me and my partner stayed here for a trip to cedar point and it was lovely. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even the housekeepers said hi and told us to have a good day, there was some scuffs and stuff on the furniture and walls but what can you do about that really? The value was great for what it was and I would totally stay there again. It’s also by a lot of lovely restaurants and stores
