The service and attention we received from the gentleman behind the counter was Stellar. He was exceptional with his customer service. We enjoyed their very clean pool which we had all to ourselves. There was an exercise room behind the pool area.
The breakfast was not the best. No one in my party could eat it. That was one of the reasons we chose it.
This hotel was okay. I’ll say I got it for a pretty low price, because of the Wyndham Rewards app. But I was still not really expecting the humidity, or the mildew smell in the room. We opened the window in our room to try and let the moisture out, which just really let all the sounds of the interstate in. I just want to say it felt like an indoor pool bathroom due to the humidity in our room.
At least the bed was comfy, but the pillows were the hardest flattest things I’ve ever used in my life.
If the humidity/ mildew issue was fixed, as WELL with the pillows I would have no problem giving this place 5 stars. Service was quick and fast and friendly, the rooms were just not up to par.
Sooooo before you go to this hotel please know the following about my experience. First do not go by the pictures online when booking this property cause it looks nothing like the photos online. Please know you get what you pay for and you're better off paying more for other properties in the area. The rings are piss poor old and outdated. Also they double charge your banking accounts and try to sell it off as the first charge was reversed into your account which is inaccurate and a way for them to try to get extra money out of your stay. They charged cards on file at the time of check in then run those same charges in about 3 hours after you check in. Please be aware of this location and if you can afford it stay anywhere in the area except for the Baymont in Pearl Mississippi.
Positive: Staff at front desk Negative: On my first stay on my trip, they did not have a trolley b/c one was broken and the other one was missing in action so I told them on my way back that if there was no trolley for my luggage, it would be the last time I stayed there. They had a trolley.
It was very hard to find. I passed on the breakfast bc it was sparse. I requested a smoking room but didn't get it the pool was closed and the price wasn't that great $89. Nothing to brag about really.
Very nice. Check in was a breeze. They are updating and it’s looking great. Some stuff still dated but it’s a slow progress. Definitely will stay here again!!!

Great location but you wonât hold a wedding reception here. As a Marriott Titanium Elite Member it is a good hotel for an overnight stay anytime. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of locations to eat and very close to the I-20/I-5
We normally don't stay with HI but ended up here. It was a great visit, Sydney at the front desk was SUPER. She was like our own concierge person. We will definitely stay here again.
