Do not stay here!!!!! Rooms are not cleaned, I was told dirt in my shower was paint, when the paint was white in the bathroom! This whole place is a joke and the owner doesn’t care about your stay. The front desk lady told me I was lucky to be alive after I lost my house due to a storm. This place is a joke. If you have kids do not bring them here as they will get sick!!! I went to buy actual cleaner and “the paint” came right out. I also now have athletes foot from the shower. Please do not stay here it will be worse than staying one night.

A great deal for your money. Room was clean and everything was in order. No unpleasant surprises or incidences (which can happen often in hotels at this price). Breakfast was basic but indeed free. As a solo traveler passing through Omaha quickly it was perfect, and the price was definitely right.

Front desk staff friendly at check-in. The place was clean and good for an overnight stay while travelling as it's close to the interstate. Breakfast was okay. We were upgraded at check-in, so the room was big, although oddly laid out. One big thing. If you have scent sensitivity, do not stay. High smell of deodorizers like carpet fresh? Too strong.

Stayed at this hotel Friday and Saturday nights. When I left I forgot to take a memory foam pillow, that I had brought, with me. I called Sunday evening when I realized my mistake. Person who answered the phone said that housekeeping had already left for the day and I needed to call the next day. I called after work the next day and the man who answered said that I needed to talk to the manager, but it shouldn't be a problem because a memory foam pillow had been found. Called during lunch on Tuesday and a woman answered and said she was the manager. She said that no pillow had been left and when I explained that I had already been told one had she said I was misinformed. I hope the woman likes her new pillow. I will never stay at that hotel again and I travel to Omaha a lot.

Driving through and just needed a place to shower and get some sleep after a day of driving and preparing for another day of driving. Found a cheap deal on Priceline The young gentleman checking us in was super friendly and kind. Shift change happened while we were grabbing our things out of the car and his replacement was just as pleasant. Upon entry, the main lobby looks clean and updated. Breakfast area is right there. Your usual: cereal with milk, bread for toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, “fresh” fruit (bananas, apples), hard boiled eggs, waffle and mini waffle maker, instant oatmeal, coffee, juice and milk Pet friendly- $15/night/pet. Grassy area for dogs to relieve themselves (garbage cans out front, pick up your pets poop!) The reason why guests may smell smoke is because they do have rooms where smoking is allowed. Really only knew this because we accidentally booked a smoking room. It was a strong smell of tobacco and a clean ash tray on the table. It was already 11pm when we checked in and we were hitting the road early, so we didn’t bother to see if we could change rooms. Shower pressure was great, water temperature just as good Overall, the room was clean. Some imperfections such as peeling ceiling in the bathroom, rust stains(?) on the vinyl floor, stains on the towels and top bedding. But, what do you expect for $70/night? If you’re wanting a hella clean room, go and pay $100+/night at another hotel Overall, good experience for us. Would stay again, just a non-smoking room, if passing through again

I could not be more satisfied. Had a payment issue, and they worked for almost 2 hrs with me. Very accommodating, and super nice. The bad reviews I've read have been inaccurate so far. I'm traveling with my dogs and the fee was super reasonable as well. Front desk clerks and even the older lady were so super nice and helpful. I am super satisfied with the stay. The room is clean, and those saying it was nasty etc obviously needed to go to the Ritz and stay for 300+ a night. So my suggestion is to take these reviews with a grain of salt. The room isn't perfect but it's not whay they're implying woth their reviews. I am currently here and staying til Tuesday.

This place was awful. The older lady upfront was totally rude and seemed to hate life. Get to the room and fixtures were falling off the walls. Stains all over the beds and the bed sets. Called the front desk and all she said was okay then hung up. We ended up getting a refund. Don't go here it's something out of a nightmare.

I enjoyed my stay at Americas Best Value Inn in Kilgore, Texas. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided exceeded my expectations. The quiet and convenient location made it easy and relaxing experience. The bedding and rooms were renovated but the pictures on booking websites are older. Overall, a great value for a pleasant stay.
