This Hotel was perfect for our stay! Staff was Super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and nice! Our son has autsim and was loudly vocally happy & All the other guests were super friendly also especially while we were at the pool! The pool is nice and isn't too deep! Definitely a family/ kid and pet friendly place! We will definitely be back! (:

Pretty decent, we don’t have anything negative to say. Only downside was probably the swimming pool, it does not look clean. My mom and my aunt would like to use it but it does not look clean. But everything else is good. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful!

Set your expectations accordingly. ||When you enter the hotel, the pool is basically right by the lobby so the smell of the pool is obvious and never dissipated. Most of the drink machines are out of order or not working so go to Barney's or the mini-mart and pick up your own to put in the small fridge in the room.||The pillows are worthless! Wish we shave brought our own. We had 3 a piece and felt like no pillow. ||The breakfast has lots of carb choices (bagels, bread, toast, waffles, cereal). There are scrambled eggs that are definitely frozen and heated as they are full of water and sausage links if there are any. They weren’t very warm and there was nothing to put on them as they were pretty flavorless. We went to breakfast at 8am and no sausage, bananas or yogurt. A bit dissatisfying and disappointed since we aren’t huge carb fans. Not sure why they don’t feel the need to replenish stuff with an hour still left on f breakfast service. ||We weren’t expecting a lot since the rate was pretty low. The location was convenient for what we needed.

Upon reading reviews, I was weary of staying here. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the room and the service from staff during our stay. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean in good working order. The breakfast was good with a nice assortment of choices. I would definitely recommend this as a budget stay, close to everything you can do and see in new buffalo!

My self and 3 kids stayed here 1 night. For the price and location, you can't beat the value. The room was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub, as well as the hotel in general, was clean and in good working order. Breakfast is what you'd expect. Waffle maker, bagels, cereal, juices, and coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

After reading reviews I did not have high expectations but I was definitely surprised by this hotel. It was clean and an affordable option in the area. Front desk was quick and pleasant. Pool area nice and rooms seem to be recently updated. Breakfast area was small and warm.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Severely outdated overall and not well kept. There is an awful smell as soon as you walk in, which continues throughout the hallway and into the rooms. My family had to purchase linen spray and carpet odor eater to make it through the night because of how potent the stink was. The beds are uncomfortable, the TV remote was 70% duct tape, there was no working vending machine, the shower head was pretty much detached from the wall, the bathroom tiles were dirty/stained/broken, walls were chipping away, and far overpriced for all of nothing it had to offer ($280 for Saturday to Sunday). The only positive experience here was the front desk staff who were attentive and pleasant to interact with. If you are visiting new Buffalo steer clear of this place, spend the extra money on a nicer hotel.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! The rooms are dated. It seems like updates are in progess. This hotel is under new management. |The rooms are CLEAN. The bathrooms do not have a vent. Furniture needs love.Some of the vending machines and ice machines were not plugged in?|The pool area looked nice, we didn't access it. 2 minutes from downtown and the beach.|Overall. We would be back!
