I’m honestly not sure of the one star reviews and poor comments about this hotel. I had absolutely no issues, my family and I booked a room online- We walked in, got checked in which went perfectly fine. Nobody was rude, there was no “ladies of the night” there was no “sketchy” people. Personally, I feel as if some of these reviews are just hateful people. We had really great stay for the weekend and will definitely stay again. The breakfast was amazing. I gave 4 stars for the room as it was a little small, but In all honesty the bed that was in there was one of THE most comfortable beds I’ve ever had the luxury of sleeping in.!!! The pool was amazing and very clean.! My daughter definitely enjoyed it. It’s a bit smaller than it may seem in the pictures but nonetheless I’d recommend bringing swim gear.!!! The area seemed very nice, definitely a busy area but no complaints here.! We definitely got what we paid for so I’m not going to complain. If you want a fancy boujee hotel then go ahead and pay for that, but this is a great family friendly quiet hotel.!!! I’d recommend it to anybody that asked for a hotel to stay at.

NO! DO NOT STAY HERE! Listen, I’m all for good value, but you’ll find none of that here! Upon entry, we were greeted with a “lady of the night” and a “John”, along with a feeling uneasiness. We pre-paid, so we checked in. Nope, absolutely not! We opened the door of the room, stepped inside, and immediately felt worse than we did two minutes prior. My partner and I looked at each other, and knew we couldn’t stay there. I went back into the lobby, not before seeing a total of three more people who I could only assume were what appeared to be “working” gals. I apologized in advance and began by saying ‘I know this may not be your fault, but there’s no way we can stay here. I need a refund, or I can call corporate, but this is not okay.” I was essentially told, “don’t be rude to me, too bad, so sad”, so I didn’t think twice, I just said ‘forget it’ and left. I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this “hotel”. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had; I’ve never had a feeling of such disgust.

We’ve had a wonderful stay for weeks while deciding where to settle. Pros: excellent location making most anything less than 20-30 minutes drive and all daily needs within an approx 3 mile radius. Staff have all been friendly and helpful, especially Megan and every housekeeping staff I’ve had the pleasure to meet. The pool is clean with lots of seating- an evening swim is wonderful. The grounds are kept very clean- never once even saw a full trash can. Accessible bathroom has well considered placement of grab bars and a shower chair. Solid WiFi. Cons: the sheets don’t hold snug to the bed which is a bit frustrating to frequently readjust.

The room is dated, but clean. The bed was very comfortable, also the Pillow's. The room was big enough, for what was needed. Stayed on a Friday and Saturday night's. Good location, close to the expressway, restaurants, bars, shops, Oakland Mall, and other business. Continental breakfast was good. Make your own waffles, hot scrambled eggs, and sausage. Muffins, bread/toast, bagels with spread, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, were also served. The only problem with the breakfast, was the sausage links, they were pre cooked, and microwaved, they were a sickly looking white. Not browned at all. I didn't see anyone eat them. Also, the pool wasn't open yet, they are waiting on a permit, from the city. Yes, I would consider staying here again, depending on comparable prices.

I have three rooms, 330 332 and 334 Everything was beautiful thank you for taking care of us doing Our bereavement time we were here for two days. Everything was great. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and also the breakfast area. Thank you if I had to come back again I will choose to stay here.

Breakfast was decent, beds were very comfortable and clean, however, the front desk staff were less than accommodating on Saturday afternoon. When we returned, after a long day, our keycard didn’t work. Went to the desk, got another card, didn’t work either. Went back down, she asked what room. I told her again. She insisted I gave her the wrong number. I absolutely did not, but worse was she was rude about it. Other than that, the two day stay was nice.

We stayed three nights so we got a pretty good feel for the place. Most of the staff was friendly except the lady who comes in on the weekends. She needs a job where she doesn't have to be bothered by people and interact with them. If you tend to cook your own meals or are into whole foods, you will not like the breakfast food. The waffle batter has an almost synthetic taste to it. The yogurt was bland and textured strangely. The only fresh fruit was apples. The sausage tasted like wood and looked like a really good piece of dog food. The swimming pool is not as big as it looks in the photo. The location is great. It's close to everything a person traveling away from home might need but don't come strictly for breakfast.

Madison heights, the African American lady with the beard canceled my room. I didn't get any notification until getting there. And at 730p that same evening the room was still booked in my name after checking conformation number. I would love corporate number. This will not stop here. Everyone is not meant to be played with or get their time n money wasted
