Pretty gross! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here for free. Better to pay a bit more somewhere else. I changed room and it still smells like someone was smoking in it. The walls are very dirty and the roofs are popcorn roofs probably contain asbestos. I need a way to disinfect my skin

I don’t usually do this but omg! The person that checked me in was nice…. The person that checked me out was nice. That’s where anything nice about this place stops. The room smelled like mold and pee, the walls were dripping brown nicotine, mold on the ceiling, someone had ripped the smoke detector out of the ceiling, then the roaches!!! I saw 3 different kinds of roaches, running out of the fridge and in the bathroom. One other tolerable thing was the pool it was kind of nice…. But, no one mentioned that they had pool towels so we used our room towels. Went to get more and they had NO TOWELS!! Refused to let us use pool towels so we had to shower and dry off with the hand towels. Woke up with breathing issues (assuming from the roach and mold infestation). On top of that I’m pretty sure it’s an over price trap motel judging by the meth mead looking people hanging all around at night. So stay at your own risk and lock your doors

When booking hotels around peak season for the area we can expect to pay higher pricing. For rooms that were traditionally $75-100/night they were charging upward of $350/night for LU graduation weekend. So again, price hike is expected. However if the price hike happens, the quality of the rooms should at least be decent. Look at the photos. The manager was kind but she works for a company that should either close down or remodel soon. We moved from our first room b/c there were dead bugs in the actual bed smh. Once to the new room there was visible mold growing on walls, the peep hole glass was broken so they had tissue hanging out of it, etc. And more complaints I provided to them. The city should do an inspection on the continued low quality. Again, we did not expect high quality but it was almost unsafe and uninhabitable. Rooms smelled like old water. We stayed for one night b/c the room was already charged in full so we came back to the room late and got up early to avoid spending any extra time in the unit. The booking says it’s owned by Wyndham so we thought it should be fairly decent. However it’s privately owned by Mr Patel. I would suggest no one spend their money here unless they revamp this hotel.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Me and my family stayed here during the Liberty University graduation weekend. I was utterly applaud by the amount of money I spent on 1 room as the conditions did not reflect the price I paid. The room was dirty, dusty and we found bugs and hair on the blinds and on the sheets. The walls were filthy!! The room had so much dust and dirt that it triggered a severe asthma attack that sent my niece to the hospital where she was admitted. She almost died! When asked if we could have more towels, the hotel employee at the front desk said he didn’t have any. I had to go to Walmart and purchase towels so we could shower. The ironing board was broken and so was the iron. I second what another reviewer said, spend a little extra money to go somewhere else. Unfortunately everything was booked around me so I had to settle for this unfortunate establishment. The rooms are severely outdated and look nothing like the pictures they advertise online.

This place needs a deep clean and exterminator bug coming out of TV and on the bathroom floor. When laying on the bed you was sinking into it. Trash around parking lot. When I checked in I was asked why I was staying here. Frankly it was none of the persons business. The price I paid was not worth the room.The room smelt of urine. We only stayed because we was traveling. Office was informed about this and the remark was that just don't sound right.

To begin, we found the room without any toiletries or towels. The toilet leaks and makes floor wet. Bathroom door is so warped it does not close all the way. Sink faucet too small for area. Spout barely reaches into basin (by less than an inch). Causing me to touch edge of sink when wetting toothbrush (GROSS !). Completely unable to fit hands under stream to wash hands. Attempt at putting anything under stream causes flooding of countertop. Property appears run down when pieces of shower knobs and toilet seat bolts are missing. No hair dryer even though it is mentioned as room amenity. TV damaged causing vertical lines down screen and buzzing in audio speakers. Location is very loud - revving motorcycle and hot rod engines down street all night. The only reason I gave this two stars, and not one, is because office staff were professional and friendly and it "appeared" to be clean with no sign of bugs visable.

Incompetent staff and management. Absolutely disgusting rooms. Filthiest I’ve ever stayed in. Lack of security. Someone had keycard access to our room and tried to bust in in the middle of the night. Lois noise. Smelly A/C. Blood on the walls. No excuse for this place. I was even told they were overbooked at check in and I’m a platinum member.

What a wonderful stay. Kish checked me in and was awesome. Penny, Davies and Calvin also helped us! It was inexpensive, clean and had a pool. People were friendly and respectful. It was close to everything. We had a great experience and can’t wait to come back. I recommend Vinny’s for Italian food and the iorn and tap ale house was amazing . They have live bands on Tuesdays, outside patio and balcony’s. They have 3 bars.
