The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location provides easy access to restaurants. The morning text to confirm checkout time is an innovative tool to avoid your morning being interrupted by housekeeping.
Late night check in off 95. Staff was great. Room doors are located externally, motel style. Area is very well lit even in the back where I was located. Room was clean and what I would expect at this price point. Security bar was broken off door but would imagine that will get fixed quickly. Would stay again.
Positive: The staff was very nice and helpful. Negative: The rooms are old, had to have the housekeeper come and re-sweep my room before I could put my bags in. Also, the sitting chair was old and gross and I requested a clean sheet so I could lay it over the chair before I could put my bags on the chair.
This place was quickly accessible from I95 and clean. The room was spotless, and the bed was supper comfy. The air conditioning was cold and wonderful. The breakfast was adequate. I will stay here again.

I made a reservation for my parents but they were unable to make it that far so I tried to cancel it and got an error message. The hotel charged me full price for the room that night even though they never checked in. Called the hotel and they thought it was funny and refused to give any kind of refund. Worse customer service I’ve ever encountered and you couldn’t pay me to go there again. I figured I’d give this place another try after the last bad experience we had there with the room being nasty. Smelled like smoke and mildew mold and had roaches. That was my last chance with them

We stopped overnight on our way to FL. The location was great and the hotel staff friendly. The room (#113) wasn't the worse we've stayed in. However one corner of the room smelled like urine and there was pink slime in the shower. The hotel is pet friendly. But we specifically asked and was told it was a pet-free room. So unsure why it smelled like urine.
