We were looking specifically for a dog-friendly property, and the reviews and photos led us to this hotel. We couldn't have made a better choice! Staff is generally quite good. Their staff gives their full attention to its customers. The room service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, had a lot of variety, and the staff and chefs were friendly. Furthermore, this Inn is situated in a great location. Thank you team for the wonderful stay!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful hotel, and it far surpassed my expectations. Let me start by applauding the outstanding staff—they truly deserve a 10/10 rating for their exceptional customer service. From the valet to the housekeeping team, everyone was remarkably professional and helpful, which made my stay all the more enjoyable.
We paid for a room with a jetted tub for 2 nights. The staff had to be called to check us in. She took forever. She was drunk. Then the room had the tub and it was nasty. We asked for a nonsmoking room. Clearly people smoked in the room. The entire building smelled like pot. The breakfast was not even breakfast. We also before leaving found roaches. Worst experience ever. Do not stay here. It was dirt cheap. You definitely get what you pay for. It’s not like anything on this website. Total trash. Completely unacceptable and will be pushing to get our money back. They wanted to argue about giving me my money back. DO NOT STAY HERE
The hostess was friendly and pleasant and she was trying her best. I appreciated her effort. That was the only thing good about our visit. The property was aged and in rough shape. There was a bit of a musty smell throughout the hallways. No hot water in the bathroom, not even warm. Not a good experience.
As always, I felt like I came home. I might’ve stayed at this property hundreds of time but I’ve never experienced a member of the staff who wasn’t polite. The location was perfect, close to attractions and convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The clerk wanted ne to pay $50 in cash as a non-smoking deposit but didn't want to give me a receipt saying I'll get it back when I check out. I travel very often and never have been asked to pay cash for anything!!! There were absolutely no cars in the parking lot and it looked sketchy on the inside. The clerk told me that if I wanted a nice room go to the Holiday Inn and that's exactly what I did!!! I'd rather pay more for the feel of comfort and safety. I know I wouldn't have gotten my money back!!
I don’t even did the check in. I get to the place at 10:30 after 7hr driving and nobody was on the front desk. The first thing that I saw when I arrived was three men’s drinking outside the building close to the entrance. One of them without shirt and shoes and he had a gun on his shorts. The had a really bad attitude, saying things between theme about us. And the best part was when the woman that was supposed to be on the front desk came with a beer on her hands. I don’t recommend this place!!!!
