Baymont by Wyndham Jefferson City - Hotel in Jefferson City - 319 W Miller St, USA

Very impressed during our 1 night stay. Front staff was very nice and the room was clean. I'll tell you, I'm in a resort or hotel 117 nights out of this year and I come in with my own cleaning supplies and do every room I stay in before settling in and this room was nice and clean. The doorway to the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side but in with someone in a wheelchair. The popping noise that other reviews referred to seems to come from behind the refrigerator and did make noise throughout the night. I slept just fine though for 8 hours. Almost sounds like ice is dropping from an automatic ice maker which it doesn't have. We were in room 316. The fridge was cold though. I did have 1 towel in the room that had a discoloration spot on it so i didn't use it. We did get extra pillows the night before with no problem. We were told breakfast was 6-9:30 & when we went down to check out and eat just after 9am it was closed. It closed at 9, not 9:30. They allowed us to walk through and grab what we could though. The area was clean and the foyer was being cleaned and wiped down when we came downstairs. I would certainly stay again.

I was only there for a short time. The front desk staff was very nice and considerate. The rooms were clean. I had no complaints. The location was good. Only thing I'm complaining about is I didn't receive and have not received my $50 damage deposit back from the hotel. They said I would receive it and 7 to 10 business days and I haven't received it yet. I'm still waiting for it.

I stay in hotels about 15 nights a month. Typically, I only stay at Marriott or Hilton, but both were sold out so I gave this a try. I paid $140 on a Friday night. As soon as I walked in and it wreaked of curry, I should have known that would set the tone for the rest of the stay. Rooms were relatively clean, but bedding was uncomfortable and old. The pillows were literally doubled over inside the pillowcase to make it look like it wasn't flat. Poor water pressure. "Breakfast" was hockey puck biscuits, crusty gravy, old boiled eggs and packets of oatmeal. They called the room at 11:03 as we were walking out the door to leave to tell us check out was 11 and they were going to charge us for another night. I went to the desk and they let it go "this time". Don't worry, won't be a next time!

Nicely located near the State Capitol building with easy access to a main thoroughfare. Clean, well lit parking lot. Bathroom seemed newly redone; great water pressure.

Everything was well taken care of very clean. Room was nice in size. No problems checking in or out. Asked questions and was very helpful. Very good location to things down town.

The hotel is right next to a highway, so you'll hear semi-trucks and loud vehicles all night. The bedding had various stains on it. There was a cockroach in my room. The hot breakfast was biscuits and gravy and a pancake machine. Okay for $70, but not worth the $150 they charge on busy weekends.

The breakfast was nonexistent. The boiled eggs are old. The gravy dried up. The biscuits hard. All by 7:30 a.m. there was a random popping noise behind the refrigerator or TV all night long. The handicap bar in the shower broke when I grabbed it I nearly fell. It was already broken someone just put it back and made it look like it wasn't. This is a clean hotel however service is not their priority.

This is a pretty nice place.very clean, and that's the highest compliment I can give to any hotel! The little fridge made popping noise but no biggie.
