Never had any contact with the staff so cannot comment on service. The room was clean however the rags were dingy. Beds were firm but not uncomfortable. The free breakfast was minimal. Cereal, toast, bagel, and some waffles. Only had sugar free syrup available. And the cream cheese was a block that had been open a while. .however I would Not rate it a bad place to stay

New hotel (Now Open- sign) checking in the female was rude. I asked if I could pay with cash? She said, "NO rudely!" Credit card, Only! I asked if it could be split into two different card cards, and NO, ONLY ONE CREDIT CARD! Rooms were nice, and the mattresses were very hard. The owners stayed up late outside by the staircase after 11 pm. They never unlocked the front door on time for customers and breakfast at 6 am. The coffee was nasty. The directions to get there was fine except that there's trains coming and they all stop on the street that going to the hotel. So I found another street that goes around the area where all the trains stop, about a mile around. Across the street from the hotel is a local bar with very loud music nightly, good thing that we couldn't hear it inside the room.

This hotel made an ILLEGAL MOVE!|My husband and I were staying here in our RV, which broke down Thursday night. We could not get anyone to fix it until the next morning. We came to this hotel after driving 5 hours and then trying to fix an RV for 3 hours. My husband is a disabled veteran who served 2 tours in Iraq. He has a REAL service animal. We told them this at the front desk. We were refused a room unless we paid for the pet unless or we showed a license and registration for our service animal. THIS IS ILLEGAL. I was so tired and agreed to pay the fee. However, once I got to my car I was so upset with her and her associates treatment that we left. She claimed that there was a “recent law” that allows hotels to see proof of service animals. Really? He fought for this country. What have you done besides come here and enjoy the freedom?|BTW:|The disabled person with a service animal may only be asked two questions: 1) is the animal required because of a disability, and 2) what tasks is the animal trained to perform? The facility is not allowed to ask for any more information or request any documentation of the disability or animal training.

I do not care how good the location is, I totally missed the fact this was a MOTEL. We had a room upstairs (no elevator) with double beds and BOTH beds had stains on the blankets and sheets. There was rust in the shower and the floors were sticky. Other guest were super loud, the beds were hard as bricks and overall it smelled. Thank goodness it was only for one night.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF INSIDE YOUR ROOM. Room service will go threw all bags and take what they want. Book 2 nights for fathers day weekend. Friday, 06/14/24, and Saturday, 06/15/24. First day was chill, checked in, got the room. The next day went to the beach came back and noticed things were moved. Go to take my prescription and it was gone. They took some pills worth nothing. If they are willing to take someone's prescription, i wonder what else they had took from other customers.

Sheets had a stain. So did pillow case. Sheets felt gritty like they were dirty. Loud music played across the street till midnight. Rest of room looked clean. Had plenty of cable channels. Would not recommend this place.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my stay. The room was in terrible condition, with dirt, hair, and stains all over. The receptionist, was very rude. The property is far from clean and lacks safety measures, There were stains on the bed, pillows, and shower curtain. The front desk attendant even shouted at a guest.

If could I'd give them 0. I booked 2 night, and here we are at 4:00 am in the morning in they parking lot with no room because "The Manager" Jeff won't let us do check-in saying my reservation got canceled at 3:00am with no further notification He even said that he had rooms availables he won't let us register because of the new system. Worst customers service.
