Baymont by Wyndham Flagstaff - Hotel in Flagstaff - 2005 S Milton Rd, USA

Very nice room for the price! Clean room, comfortable bed, good, hot breakfast, and a great location. The elevator was a blessing to help haul all of our stuff up. Desk and housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a little tricky getting in because of current road work on the main road, but we managed to go in from the back using a side road. We were so pleased that we canceled a different reservation for our return trip and rebooked this place.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the hotel in general and our room. The hall smelled of marijuana most the time we were there, our toilet would not flush properly and we had to have maintenance continually come in and fix it, the phone in the room didn't work, the mini fridge didn't work properly and the exact same thing was served all 3 days for breakfast with no variation, not even bacon instead of sausage. But the front desk staff were extremely friendly, helpful and apologetic minus one of them. I called in advance and asked when was the last time the rooms had been renovated and was told less than a year but after arrival found out that was not true. After the first issue with the toilet I asked to be moved but was told that wasn't possible so we had to deal with the room issues all 3 days.

Moldy, peeling paint, not clean bath room, not hot water, no clock, wake up call did not happen. Emily at check in was nice, but the hotel was really yucky. Wyndam should fix it up or stop advertising it as a 3 star hotel. It was completely in adequate. The drive had trucks, building next door.

Staff was very nice and we were able to book on a Friday night minutes before checking in. Room could use some updating but was somewhat clean minus some hair in the bathroom. Guests all around and above us were very loud and could be heard over our sound machine. You can also hear the main road as well.

Positive: The bed and pillows were comfortable and the location was great. It had a nice shower and a nice breakfast Negative: It looked old and worn. Looks like it's gone through many renovations and while the lighting in the bedroom is top notch there is visible holes and stains around the vanity from the previous iteration

Loved the quiet area not near the freeway. Close to resturants and gas stations. Will stay again. Ice machine was in the lobby though. A bit of a walk. Clean room and loved the pillows. Parking is a bit of a problem since your room could be downstairs on the first floor.

Positive: Lots of parking. Location right off of main arteries. Decent bed. Nice hot breakfast. Rooms very well cleaned and stocked. Negative: Room layout was awkward. Shower spray leaked outside of curtain. Loud pool party until midnight.

Positive: That is was very quiet, even though it was near a busy street. It was close to restaurants and NAU campus. The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and beds were very comfortable after a long drive and moving our daughters things from her apt. Negative: Some things needed to be fixed such as the fridge- needed shelves put in, bathroom needed to be cleaned a little more-soap dishes still had soap in them, and TV - when turned on blared TV on HDMI2 very loudly and when turned off blared again, TV off.
