Baymont by Wyndham East Ridge / Chattanooga - Hotel in East Ridge - 6674 Ringgold Rd, USA

We had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom floor could’ve used a deep clean, but everything else in the bathroom, guest room, and breakfast area looked great. Not the fanciest hotel but can’t beat the service and cleanliness for the value. We would definitely stay again.

For the second time this summer we stayed in this facility. In our experience it was very clean, the staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the breakfast was super, especially considering the price of the room. We are looking forward to staying here again sometime in the future.

Terrible!! Do not stay here!! The reviews i had read prior to booking seemed decent. Was in town for a sports tournament. Woke up after the first day there to my brand new car completely flooded. I saw no other place in town flooded. They did not bother to attempt to let anyone know their lot was flooding. Claimed it’s never happened but after the fact i found another review from the past stating they watched that lot, right out front, flood. Very negligent on their part. Many other cars also flooded. On top of that, breakfast was terrible. Room was half decent for the price. Highly do not recommend.

Positive: Clean & spacious room. Staff very friendly. Quaint breakfast selection but reasonable for quick something on the go. Bathroom very nice spacious. Negative: Bed had more squeaks than an old pair of car shocks (not for newlyweds).

The whole hotel smelled terrible. There was a man walking around in the hotel watching people. The hot water was is non existent. Couldn't shower due to ice cold water and terrible water pressure. The sub flooring under the carpet is caving in. The bathroom door didn't close. The TV had lines across the top of the screen. The lady who checked us in was rude and ignored our questions, then got annoyed when we asked again and gave us a short, not helpful answer. The elevator is terrifying. This hotel chain was bought out and is nothing more than a roach motel now.

The hotel is pretty close to I-75 at Tennessee first/ last exit. Breakfast items could improve somewhat. No pool area but close enough to Rock City and other attractions. Price was fair, friendly staff; just need some beautification work along with other hotels in the same area.

We arrived at 12:30 a.m. after a day of driving over 14 hours. We were pleasantly surprised to find the room was clean and everything was in working order. We didn't have breakfast the next morning, so I am not able to comment on that. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is just based on my experience being there. I can’t speak for anyone else. With that being said. The staff were very nice and the rooms were really clean. I didn’t get the chance to get free breakfast but overall I had a great time
