This stay was the worst stay I have EVER had! The staff were rude and unreliable! The room, oh my, the room!!! Let’s just say it was the most disgusting place I have ever laid my head! There were 3 of us and they gave us 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth, told us that all other towels were in the wash. The room looked like it had NOT been cleaned but just thrown together in the middle of some construction. The beds were not made in a professional manner. There was base trim missing, lampshade crushed, mirrors didn’t look like they have been cleaned in a VERY long time. Trash under the desk. Remote for TV didn’t work so we had to unplug the damn thing to turn it off. Bathroom…. Let’s just say GROSS! No mirror, but the brackets left on the wall, space between pedestal and wall as well as toilet and wall don’t look like they had EVER been cleaned! Toilet leaked on the floor, by morning it was quite a puddle. Bathroom door, wall and light switch covers were so dirty and gross I didn’t even want to touch them. Pool was “under construction”, the patio area had 5 chairs with 4 of them were BROKEN! Trash everywhere!!!! For the price I paid to stay here is was beyond unacceptable!! I have reached out to the “GM” several times with NO reply! I booked it through Expedia and they tried to help as much as they could but they would not respond to them either. I WOULD NOT recommend a stay here at all!!! See pictures to see for yourself!!!

Worked here as a teen when it was best western. Rooms haven’t been updated since and have fallen into disrepair. Front desk person is extremely rude and wants you to call to get any help. Took over 20 minutes to be checked in just waiting for him to make an appearance. Entire staff stares at you like you’re a problem. 4 people cleaning one room and it’s still disgusting. Pool hasn’t worked in years. If you want extra towels it’s a problem. You aren’t allowed to bring breakfast to the room you paid for. Floors were so dirty my brand new white socks were black. One of the most disgusting hotels I’ve been in recently and we just traveled across 3 states! They should be ashamed.

Positive: Loved the mirror light. Loved the verity in waffle flavors. Negative: Allowed it appeared they are remodeling the place which is great. They failed to clean the room adequately. Was sad the pool doesn?t work. Room did not look like the pictures on the website.

READ THE REVIEWS! If I could give this place a 0 star review I would! I completely regret staying here or bringing my family here. I have never had a bad experience with Wyndham hotels so I did not do my homework on this place first. I should have known better but hopefully this helps someone else. Pool is closed and looks like it will be forever. Breakfast at area was still dirty at 3:30pm. We found hair in the bed, in the bathtub and on the floor. There were spots on the floor and weird yellow spots on the walls. The toilet was dirty and it had a wood piece as the top of the toilet. The window in the bathroom had an old lock that was left open. Also, there was a gaping hole in the tile and the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. This was all after I they offered to “re-clean” the room. This morning upon check out they informed me that I would be charged two nights because I didn’t cancel the other nights yesterday. I told the front desk guy the day before I would only be using one night and he said I had to call Wyndham to cancel and Wyndham would call them. READ! Wyndham called multiple times with multiple numbers even the number the guy at the front desk gave me and heard this recording “no one to take your call at this time”. I even called the number in front of the guy and he said it wasn’t his problem. He then told me if I got a flat tire that wouldn’t be his problem either. It was wild how little responsibility they took and treated me like a crazy person. He raised his voice multiple times and got upset with me because I raised mine in response. DO NOT STAY HERE! Wyndham needs to drop this place for their reputation.

Terrible place to stay. Online the pictures look great and when you get there its a dump. I can't believe Wyndham would attach their name to this hotel. I thought Wyndham's were supposed to be nice hotels. The staff were no nice and the beds were hard. I sept better in the chair the second night and actually checked out a day early it was so bad.

We checked in on 8/22/24, expecting a standard Wyndham experience, only to be confronted with an appalling situation that forced us to leave after just two nights. Had there been any other vacancies in town, we would have left after the first night. From the moment we entered the room, we were shocked by the unacceptable conditions: - **Infestation**: The room was infested with bugs. - **Odor**: There was a pervasive, nauseating smell throughout the space. - **Disrepair**: The room was in a general state of disrepair, including: - A broken faucet. - Holes in the walls, some stuffed with toilet paper. - Black mold in the bathroom. - Exposed wiring, creating a significant safety hazard. - Non-functioning lights and an inoperable phone, making it impossible to even contact the front desk. - **Unhygienic Conditions**: The bathroom walls had what appeared to be blood or feces smeared on them, which is absolutely revolting and a severe health risk. Upon check-in, the front desk attendant claimed my card was declined, which was not true. He insisted on charging the full amount for the entire stay before we even saw the room, effectively trapping us in this nightmarish situation. When I later contacted my bank, they confirmed that there was no record of a declined transaction. This raises serious concerns about the integrity of your billing practices, especially considering the unauthorized charges reported by other guests. Furthermore, when I expressed my dissatisfaction and intent to leave, I was told we had only 30 minutes to make our decision, after which the full amount for all three nights was charged to my card. This is nothing short of coercive and unethical. As someone who has brokered the sale of numerous hotels and motels, I am well-acquainted with industry standards, and what I encountered at your establishment is far below even the most basic expectations. As the president of a large logistics company in Kansas, I travel frequently, and I have never experienced such disregard for guest safety and comfort. To add to our distress, my children felt unsafe in the room, and my wife was horrified by the conditions. We spent hours desperately searching for alternative accommodations, but with the town fully booked, we were left with no choice but to endure another night. This experience has left me furious and disgusted. I demand an immediate refund for the full amount charged, as well as a formal apology. I also expect a thorough investigation into the state of your property and your billing practices. No guest should have to endure what we did. I look forward to your prompt response. Oh and the AC barely cooled and was as loud as a freight train all night long. We got zero sleep and the beds were rock hard.

Do not stay here!! Wish we checked out the reviews first. Worst hotel I've ever been to!! Absolutely filthy! Looks like remodeling had taken place in our room at some point but wasn't finished. The bathroom was gross! Toilet seat was falling apart, shower curtain needed thrown out. Floors needed swept and mopped. So grossed out that I didn't bother eating breakfast. Wyndham needs take this hotel off their list immediately!

Literally the nastiest hotel I have ever seen!! if you value your life, do not stay here! Our family checked in and because we have six people we had two rooms. Neither room had been cleaned. The sheets were stained, there was crumbs and hair in the bed. There were bugs and dirt all over the floor. The toilet was disgusting with pee stains everywhere, the bathroom sink did not work. Actually, in one of the rooms, the bathroom sink was completely missing and the pipes were exposed. There were clothes hanging in the closet from the previous person, including a swimsuit. Since the pool has apparently been closed for over two months, I kind of wonder when was the last time this room had been cleaned. If I could give zero stars I would. The reviewers who gave any more than 1 star are fake. We left and went to La Quinta Inn and it was a breath of fresh air! Don’t trust the pictures, they are lies!!
