The room and bathroom were clean had all the amenities. The bed was comfortable. Price was good. Location was easy off and to the interstate. The only negative is they only have coffee available at breakfast. Breakfast consisted of Make your own waffles, yogurt and breakfasts sandwich coffee and juice. No coffee in the room or lobby after breakfast.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. And we travel a lot. The beds had bodily fluids in them, and hairs. We changed rooms and found the same. The first room reeked of urine and we pulled back the covers and there was a big urine stain in the bed. The second room had blood stains on the bed as well as human hairs. There were sketchy people in the parking lot that hung out in the lobby: we didn’t feel safe and asked to cancel our rooms and get a refund. The reviews online were completely false advertisement. We were told we would have to wait the next day for a manager. Our whole group, a baseball team, had problems with their rooms and complained. We finally had another employee show up and was promised a full refund, besides the one night we stayed, and that has not happened.

J'ai réussi à avoir le prix selon ma réservation. La chambre était bien et le petit déjeuner compris à été très, très de base. Il manquait de tout et nous n'étions quand même qu'à 8h00 du matin.

I stayed for a week. First off let me say the staff were great. Super nice. So it's hard to leave this review. Room was dirty. Every corner of bathroom and bedroom was just super dirty. One of the beds had food or droppings in it when I pulled up blankets. Towels were stained and some had holes. Just not cleaned very well. Walls had punctures. Fridge had grime. Microwave was dirty and rusty. Possible critters in the walls.. (Heard lots of activity in the walls.) I won't stay again.

Our hallway and room smelled of cigarette smoke, There was a broken towel rack on the sink, there was a hole in the wall, and there were what appeared to be faces on the wall in the bathroom, sparse towels and no washcloths. Lastly when I requested towels my request was ignored, and when I let the front desk know about the towel rack on the sink they told me " it's fine".

Positive: The cleanliness, the hot breakfast & the staff are exceptional. Negative: So the beds are very high & hard to get into. If there was an option for a step to help us elders & those that are vertically challenged it would be appreciated.

This is a reliable chain. The room was right-priced with sufficient amenities. It is a fairly convenient location with decent access to services like gas, food, etc., and not far off I-81. Would stay again.

Advertised as pet friendly. As soon as I walked in the guy at the front desk says “We don’t take pets.” There was about 10 guys smoking and drinking at the front check in area outside as we walked in with our small child. We were so happy we didn’t stay there. Ghetto ghetto ghetto
