good location and price, sure, convenient to get to atlanta from here. room appeared clean upon first glance but after returning for the night we found bugs crawling in the corners and on the door. front desk attendant offered us raid to spray around the room. television wasn't working. building reeks of cigarettes (room smells ok). $50 deposit for non-smoking room that was not disclosed prior. wouldn't consider staying again, not really worth it for the price. id rather spend more and stay somewhere else. the kindness of the front desk attendant was appreciated but the hotel itself is a miss.

Went down for breakfast no breakfast doors was locked. Wanted to workout sign says 8am to 8pm went in at 7:03pm was told the manager wanted workout room closed at 7. I work till 6:30 I pay to stay somewhere I can workout. It’s pretty sorry.

Skip it hon. This Hotel charging $50 deposit on non smoking rooms. It's really scammy. Got a smoking room because of this. The smell of skunky Marijuana overrides anty cigarette smell here. Drawers open on dressers. I had to wedge t.p. under it. Noticed no ashtrays anyway. Missing coffee pot as advertised. Wifi didn't work on gamers console. Called to front desk, was toldto Google it. I guess she was right about that. Paid $80 cash so I could leave quick and not worry about my card. Oh yeah lots of trash covers this property. Saw a roach in my room on the way out. Soft clean bed and decent bathtub were the positives here.

Bugs. Theres bugs on the walls. Called the front desk and they offered us bug spray. The lady that brought it was nice and apologized. Tv doesn’t work either.

Folks are nice and rooms are clean and for the price the quality is very good!! Front desk is always available at any hour

The room was amazing, however upon checking in, we were told there was a $50 service charge that would be returned to us during checkout the next day, which wasn't mentioned online anywhere. The next day, the morning staff lady claimed she processed the refund of the $50 and did not issue us a receipt for the refund, insisting that their policy was not to give a receipt, and said our money would be back on our card in an hour. We questioned her about the unusual policy and she adamantly confirmed the refund was processed and said our money would be back on our card in an hour. We checked out at 10:30 a.m., and by 9 p.m., we still hadn't seen a return and called the hotel. The gentleman who answered not only told us the refund hadn't been processed, but he did so manually on the spot while we were on the phone, and when we went back to the hotel that night for a receipt, he gave us one with no problem and said it very much IS their policy to give receipts for all transactions. The lady on staff lied to our faces. Again, the room was fine, well furnished and clean, but a staff member lying to us and pretending to process the refund all while insisting assertively that their policy was not to give a receipt was a red flag. As much as we loved our stay here, we most likely will not ever return to this hotel, especially if the woman who pulled this stunt is on staff. Over a week later, and still haven't received or seen my refund process for the security deposit. I called my bank and they said nothing was pending and the transaction didn't show up at all in the transaction history, meaning the merchant charged me but the refund still has not been processed. This is an ongoing situation and has not been resolved.

Location is quiet, facility is nice, customer service is terrible. Breakfast is from 6-9 a.m. and I was out at 6:45-7:30 and no fresh breakfast had been put out yet. People were scrounging leftovers from previous days. It was left over muffins and a cheap selection of cold cereal with a little bit of milk left in a jug. I did manage to get the lady behind the desk to find another jug of milk. She was very unhelpful and went back to folding laundry. She mumbled something about not having a key and someone else would be in later. No waffle mix or waffle plates, no napkins, no bread for toast, no fruit, no condiments like jelly and peanut butter. No coffee, no fruit and the door at the front was still locked after breakfast was open. I payed almost $90 to try and get a motel of value but this place was a huge mistake. They don't just put a hold on your credit card for incidentals they actually charge you a $50 deposit and they have to do a room inspection before they will credit it back to you when you swipe your card at checkout. I understand now why they were one of the few in the area that still had vacancy on a Saturday night when everybody else was booked.

We enjoyed our stay here. We only stayed for one night, but no complaints. The location was right by a gas station, and across the main road from Burger King, Pizza Hut, Dunkin Donuts, and their may have been more options. Some good options for any time of the day. The person who checked us in, was so sweet and kind. We did get lost and ended up stairs. He came up and guided us back down to our room. He was also was the one who checked us out. I definitely would give him a thumbs up for being so helpful. The room was pretty nice for the price. I was honestly hesitant about booking here from previous reviews, but our room was nice and clean. A WHOLE LOT BETTER THAN THAT MICROTEL NEAR THE AIRPORT - 👀. I wish I could talk about the breakfast, but we had to leave before we could enjoy it.
