Baymont by Wyndham Bremerton WA - Hotel in Bremerton - 5640 Kitsap Way, USA

We're on the 2nd week of our stay. The breakfasts are yummy and there's a good selection. The rooms are clean and the maid service is great. There are quite a few homeless people housed here. Everyone we've met has been friendly and so nice! Unfortunately, we've witnessed several drug deals in the parking lot. That being said, we feel very safe and comfortable. It's been a good experience for us!

Hotel lobby is stunning. Our room was very clean and updated...even the carpet. Some trouble finding a working ice machine. Breakfast bar was ample and well serviced. Staff was helpful and courteous. Above all the bed was very very comfortable.Hotel is easy to find and close to freeways.Thank you.

The rooms, furnishings and carpeted hallways are dated; mold and interior structural damage cheaply patched. Anything on the main floor is very noisy. There is a lot of traffic from the homeless and local police department is on site, on a fairly regular basis. Breakfast is served daily and the housekeeping staff are very nice. The bath towels are fresh and clean. Dove products are provided - soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. There is a behemoth of a plaster rock formation in the lobby that is a dust collecting eye sore. There are some charming fixtures and flooring that suggest the hotel might have been a very nice place at one time. There is room for dining services but those are not provided. Vending machines with small snacks and beverages are available and free coffee is available. There are no grassy areas for pets although they advertise a designated "pet area" - consists of a strip of dirt next to the parking lot. Ashtrays are provided outside the main doors.

I give it a 3 because the rooms are nice and the location is great. Breakfast is very nice and so is the staff. What warrants the rating is the transient guests milling around the parking lot and around the halls, unattended kids hanging out, and someone kept trying to open our door for the six nights we were there. We have stayed here before snd it has significantly declined. We wont stay here again.

The staff was very nice and professional. My room was clean and had all the toiletry amenities that I needed for my stay. My room did not have a functioning blowdryer and I called the front desk and the staff had the blowdryer delivered to my room within 5 minutes. I was very pleased with the quick customer service and will be coming back again.

I arrived at the hotel around 3 PM and was given a room by the reception. When I got to the room, it reeked of urine. I immediately went back to the reception and asked to change my room. They said, "Yes, of course," but told me that there was no ready room, it was being cleaned, and that they would call me within half an hour. They took my number. However, they gave the same room to another arriving guest right away, and there were no cleaners on that floor. They were lying, saying the room wasn’t ready to avoid giving it. Three hours passed, and my family and I were still waiting with no call. Eventually, I went back to the reception and told them it had been three hours and no one had called. They said, "Sorry." I told them that saying "sorry" was unacceptable since my family and I had been waiting for three hours. I asked to speak to the manager, but the manager wasn't available. We reached him by phone, explained everything, and he said, "Okay." The receptionist then offered us hotel points. Of course, I refused. It was ridiculous! It was past 6 PM, and my family and I were miserable. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are old and smell terrible. Spend an extra ten or twenty dollars and go to another hotel.

This is a great hotel and pet friendly. The bed and pillows were perfect for a good night sleep. The breakfast was very good with a continental option or scrammed eggs, sausage, bacon, hash brown potatoes, hot cakes, french toast, juices and good coffee. It was a very nice room with lots of room.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Check in/ out was organized. Informed there would be no service to the rooms as there was a fire? But could be requested if needed. Breakfast was actually decent. The breakfast staff were helpful and pleasant. The location is pretty tough. Cemetery across the busy highway and homeless shelter/refuge nearby. Not the place to hang outside at night. The hotel is quite far from downtown Bremerton ($15/20 Uber) and would be a few minutes drive to any store. All in all, better then the super 8 down the road by far but again too far and poor accessibility to town.
