Baymont by Wyndham Boston Heights/Hudson - Hotel in Hudson - 6731 Industrial Pkwy, USA

I have stayed in hotels with my children before and have been sorely unhappy with my stay. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of check in and check out at this hotel. The room was very clean and quiet. All common area's were clean and neat. Breakfast was really nice and the pool was clean. The only thing I would update is the pool. Otherwise it was an excellent stay and we enjoyed our weekend getaway. God bless.

Decent hotel. Room was clean, sheets and bed were clean. Bathroom was a bit dirty but it wasn't unbearable. Rest of the hotel was clean expect for the pool, which was a bit rundown and had cloudy water. The roof in the pool seemed too have some mold or areas where it had deteriorated. The areas were covered up by white lattice fencing. The pool area is also poorly lit. Breakfast was okay for free. They had cereal, biscuits, muffins, egg patties, and a waffle maker. Tasted okay and like I said it was free. Overall it's a nice place to crash for a night but I wouldn't want to stay here for much longer. Main cons are the rundown pool and lack of breakfast selection. I would rate it closer to 3 and a half stars if I could, like I said it's not bad for the price but if you're planning on staying awhile you might consider somewhere else.

The room was clean, except for the inside of the trash cans weren't cleaned out. The beds don't have precautionary bed bug covers. The lady we booked with told us the pool was 80 to 85 degrees, and that was not the case. They wouldn't turn it up while we stayed and the same woman at checkout told us she checked it at booking, which I'm sure is a lie, seeing as how the pictures of the pool online are not up to date and it wasn't very clean either. For the price, the room was okay and breakfast was okay. However, I would recommend visitors stay somewhere like La Quinta or Hilton where you'll be happier for what you pay. We will not be back.

The stars do not represent the staff. The staff get 5 stars. They were very pleasant, helpful, and professional. The check in lady was awesome, and the the lady in the morning was just as awesome. The rooms need to be cleaned better, as I found used food, wrappers around the beds, and a lot of fur. The bathroom ceiling drywall in the tub area was falling down, so I skipped the shower. Just need to do some updating and repairs. Other than that, everything else was great

Front desk lady was very polite and nice. Our room had pink AND black mold in the shower. Terrible water pressure in the shower but the temperature was nice. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was too much. The coffee maker was in the bathroom on the sink next to the toilet!! Very unsanitary and very displeased with this stay. I’ve worked in a hotel before and this is just unacceptable.

Service was/is always great... this is not my first time staying there but the first time where the room was not up to par. I stayed in a room that had the Jacuzzi tub inside the room... well it was still pretty dirty when we arrived(didn't notice at the time but after they cleaned tub the mirrors behind were dirty as well) The toilet needed to be clean as well... but the strangest thing that(that I guess just could happen) is the door lock/card reader would not lock from inside or out we were told new batteries were needed. But all in all a great stay especially for the price and for Jacuzzi in room you get what you pay for but like I said the service to fix the issue came pretty swift but all in all a good stay still....

Staff is very attentive, so 5 stars for them! Unfortunately, the tub on the next floor was leaking into our bathroom, so our bathroom was wet and remained damp after the folks upstairs took a shower; staff is aware and was under the impression the previous leak had been fixed. Also our room A/C fan was noisy, probably a fan motor bearing that is going bad. We reported both items, so I would assume both will be fixed in a timely manner. Overall the Baymont was a good value, so we would definitely stay there again when we're in the area.

Nice hotel with convenient access to the highway and turnpike. Small indoor swimming pool and gym. Continental breakfast includes sausage, scrambled eggs and waffle maker, as well as bread, bagels, oatmeal and a few different types of cereal. I've stayed at this location on two separate occasions and found the rooms to be of a different caliber. The room with a king bed was very nice, with a tiled shower and large TV mounted on the wall. The room with 2 queen beds had a small tub that needed re-caulked and had a small TV that was on the dresser. The staff was friendly and the woman at the front desk actually remembered me and welcomed me back. It could use some improvements, but overall, a very nice hotel for the money.
