The hotel is in disrepair and needs major attention. There is no lock on the outside door, know in shower was missing and the wall was crumbling. Hated talking to a kiosk with no one around. On the good side the cleaning staff was excellent, the room was clean.

If possible would give 0 stars for service. The rooms have been newly renovated and housekeepers keep them very clean. But there are no live staff, except for the housekeepers during the day. The Virtual kiosk is fine, but the customer service from the virtual agents is very poor and disrespectful. The pool placement is behind the hotel and covered in the shade the entire day (poor design) and is not heated. No fitness center. Internet is a joke. The phones do not work because there's no one to call at the front desk (signs throughout the hotel state to dial "0"), instead you need to go down to talk to the kiosk agent (which you will see the landline phone off the hook so no calls come through).

Never again will I stay at a Wyndham. They have looked for EVERY way to cut corners and cost. Someone from India helping me on a kiosk screen is NOT what I expect when I come to a hotel. I expect friendly, warm IN PERSON service welcoming to stay at the place. Ridiculous! The rooms were not comfortable, the bed a rock, the pillow harder than the bed, the sheets felt like sandpaper. The breakfast was the bare minimum. Look elsewhere to spend your 180 bucks, because this is a $70 hotel moonlighting as a 3 or 4 star.

This was an interesting stay, however, I would recommend this hotel. Just know that there is no person at the front desk, everything goes through a kiosk in the front lobby where you speak to a person in another country. I had no problem with that, because the people were always there and they always solved any issue I had. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was slim pickings, no fruit, except for apples so I had to buy fruit. One day my towels were removed and not replaced, but again, after asking the kiosk, the towels appeared. One day the towels were pool towels which were yucky, but most of the time, the towels were nice and fluffy. Plenty of parking. Nice area with lots of things to do. Also, just know, as most hotels, you do get charged a deposit, and instead of it showing as "pending", it does show on my credit card as charged and I am waiting for it to be reversed. Hopefully that is reversed.

If I had read the reviews, I would not have gone to this hotel and the truth is I had no complaints about it. When you arrive, a Hindu guy assists you on a screen and you must leave a refundable deposit of $100. I paid $120/night and this included breakfast. The hotel has a non-heated pool. Breakfast has several options such as waffles, breads, boiled eggs, cereal, coffee, juices, yogurts, and others. Cleaning and location was perfect. They returned the deposit in 2 days.

Good for the buck, very reasonable rates and very clean rooms! Breakfast was limited, but at least they have it. The check-in was with a kiosk which was weird, but was quick. If you need anything you need to go to kiosk and ask, we had 3 in a room so needed more towels, but someone came up right away with extra. Would definitely go back, very convenient location and very nice staff!

Good location and the price is affordable, but that's about it. This hotel has no receptionist - it's literally a video touchscreen that is incredibly impersonal. There are signs that say that someone is available on-site if you just dial "0", but neither the lobby phone nor our room phone worked to do so. We requested a crib for our stay, and apparently they were all allocated and the staff were of no help to fix it (we had to get a pack-and-play on our own). Additionally, we picked this property because it had a pool and it ended up being closed for all of our stay. Lastly, it's been several days since we checked out and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded.

Super impersonal. Check in/out was a screen with people from a different country. They were rude. Required a $100 deposit. I have never paid a deposit before. Breakfast was just cold items. The good side is that the room was clean and comfortable .
