Travel nurse. Hotel very clean on inside.Pet friendly rooms have tile floors and was clean. Owners very nice and accommodated an early check-in and late check out. Offered a great discount rate for weekly stay. Breakfast has good variety. Will definitely stay here again!

I have recently learned that many Wyndham properties are privately. This owner was treating this place like his personal home and not a business. They are definitely taking advantage they have a business and using it to host friends through all hours of the night. They clogged up the outside entrance with their personal vehicles. So you can’t just pull to the door and check in. And with all the U-Hauls there is no parking what so ever for hotel guests up front. Why not use your back lot for all this??They were they all hours of the night. It was just odd and a bit uncomfortable. The smells and conditions of this place leave much to be desired. I immediately stripped the bed of the comforter once in the room. I did not trust it. The room smelled awful. I am glad I brought my Sanford because the floor felt gross under my feet. The door had previously been kicked in and was severely damaged. The door was so badly kicked in the wall where the door hits was smashed. Why we were given this room is beyond me! I slept very uneasy that evening. Just fearing someone would burst in. Also that large group of men were carrying on outside around 2AM outside our window. It was just for the night. I would be very cautious as a solo female traveler and perhaps look elsewhere. I was blessed to have my brother with me so felt a bit more safe. This place could use a serious facelift and perhaps the owner can host his friends elsewhere.

HORRIBLE HOTEL STAY AWAY!!!Had a extremely unpleasant experience with one of the staff member,Danny.I had booked a room for two on 08/31/24 The room we were given was not up to standard,it was dirty and did not meet our expectations.Given the situation I went upfront and spoke to a lady requesting either a room change or for some to come and clean the room. She said she can’t do anything about it and Danny jumped in the conversation from the office. Instead of addressing the issue professionally,Danny became defensive and insisted that the room was clean. When I asked him to come and inspect with us ,he refused and began arguing. His demeanor quickly escalated from unhelpful to confrontational.Instead of resolving the issue,he raised his voice as if we were in a heated argument, which was both unprofessional and distressing. We were simply asking for a different room, not provoking a confrontation. Danny reaction was not only inappropriate but also rude and aggressive. He demanded that we leave the premises, that’s not the only hotel, claiming he will blacklist us from booking the hotel in the future. This response was completely unacceptable and only added to our frustration. In summary, the state of the room was disappointing, but the behavior of Danny made the situation far worse. His lack of professionalism, combined with his rude and violent conduct, made our stay extremely unpleasant. There were ways to solve the issue unless he did not get trained on how to deal with customers concerns. Its very unprofessional to bring attitude and rudeness to people who are just asking you a simple question .If he doesn’t want to be asked questions then look for another job because people will have to ask questions, the rooms are not free.I was paying for it and if I’m not satisfied with what I’m spending on I will be honest with you.

Imagine my concern and surprise when we pull up to this hotel and it looks like a U-Haul rental lot. All I can hope for is that I booked the correct hotel and that it hasn’t been shut down and turned into a U-Haul lot. So many pieces of U-Haul equipment that there was very few spots for guest parking. Fortunately after our 8 hour drive it was a hotel. It was in fact a U-Haul rental lot as well. This was odd but I began to understand why the extra income was necessary after seeing the state of the room. After an 8 hour drive all I wanted was a nice hot shower. The shower head was in such disrepair that very few of the shower head nubbins were unclogged. This made the streams of water that did come out of the shower head so high pressured that it was painful to have the water hit sensitive areas of the body to incude the face. As I’m taking my shower I notice the tub is filling with water and is not draining properly. I look down and notice the drain plug switch is positioned to stop water and went to flip it so the water would drain. In order to drain the water you had to hold the switch down or it would pop back up thus stopping the tub again. I got out of the shower and grabbed a towel and noticed they were extremely stained; hoping they were clean, I dried myself. Next I went to the sink to brush my teeth. The water isn’t draining in the sink either. Two days into my stay one of the staff members asked me to confirm my room number. I thought that was odd especially after I noticed a second large charge to my credit card from the hotel. I went to the front desk to ask them to clarify what exactly is going on and why I was charged again. Apparently the women at the front desk in a U-Haul uniform that checked us did not do it properly and led to confusion about my reservation. This same issue happened to another one of my family members staying in another room. I have stayed in Wyndham hotels, not just across the country but across the world, and have never experienced such terrible service and quality. I hope that these deficiencies are corrected for the next guests. Unfortunately it made for a very stressful and uncomfortable stay. I understand that it is a budget hotel and wasn’t expecting anything fancy however the deficiencies were not worth the money I saved. Spend the extra money to get a higher quality hotel.

Have free breakfast 6-9am (continatal) someone must of ate it all before we got there at 7 am Hahaha (sucked) Restraunt next door "The Special" was excellent... Rooms were clean but the door frames of the rooms looked as if someone had tried to break in every room which made us feel as if we were in a very unsafe area!!! Brought our gun into room. There was a plastic information sign that listed what the cost of items would be charged if you took them. We were missing the iron which we would of been billed $75 so I let them know we never had an iron!!

Absolutely horrid people work there. I specifically chose this hotel because it offered mobile check-in on their website and the Wyndham website. Let me save you the 9 calls that I had to endure, it does NOT offer mobile check in. The first person I spoke to when I called the desk has horrible listening skills and answered the phone with an attitude. When I asked for assistance with their mobile check-in through the Wyndham app, she asked me what app was I looking for. She had not heard of the Wyndham app or mobile check-ins. I called customer service and finally reached an agent that understood the dilemma, and connected me back to the hotel. The male I spoke to refused to guarantee that the room I reserved would be available when I arrived very late that night. He admitted that the female that I spoke to earlier gave me wrong information since she "found me rude". When I persisted about making sure that I would have a room, he cancelled my reservation! Probably for the best, since the hotel is run down and disgusting on the outside, and just driving through the parking lot was sketchy at best.

Positive: "" Negative: Not at all what I expected from a Baymont property. Stairs, no elevator. Rust all over bathroom, most disturbing was aconnecting door with no deadbolt or even safety lock. Main door to room also had the deadbolt removed and no safety lock. Didn't stay

You get what you pay for not a good experience. Not clean smelled bad very bad lots of air and carpet deodorizer used to mask the smell. No elevator back steps in disrepair nearly tripped and fell key cards would not always work. It's in the old part of Bellevue which has some sketchy people. I did not stay got the hell out of there.

Wow. *Amazing* beef bulgogi and probably the best hot and sour soup I've ever had. Service was fast and friendly. The only thing I could find to fault, and it's a small thing, is that there are no napkin dispensers at the tables. Still, a great place
