Baymont by Wyndham Asheville/Biltmore Village - Hotel in Asheville - 204 Hendersonville Rd, USA

I've stayed in a lot of hotels/motels and this one was at the top of the list. The location is great. Very safe and close to the highway as well as one road shot to the uptown of Asheville. Very clean rooms, halls, swimming area and even outside areas. The breakfast is top notch! The lady that does this service needs a raise! Sausage gravy was top notch! Its hard to find something wrong with this place. Maybe the welcome by the desk staff could have been better, no one explained the amenities, layout of the hotel or any basic rules (breakfast times, pool times or anything). I smoke cigars and a more welcoming area for smokers would be a nice touch. Other than this my stay there was great and my next trip will most likely be here.

The Baymont was the perfect choice for a short family vacation. We stayed 4 nights and used it as a base for trips to nearby attractions - Blue Ridge Parkway, Mt. Pisgah, Mt. Mitchell, the NC Arboretum, and downtown Asheville. The room was large and included fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and housekeeping was impeccable. Breakfast was very good - very few 3 star hotels offer bacon, eggs and sausage for breakfast. Breakfast was included in the price. The swimming pool (indoor, heated) was nice, and so was the hot tub, to relax after a long day. Coffee was available in the lobby at all time. Parking was plentiful. Wi-Fi was fast. Price was great (I booked through Windham Rewards). Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was a little hesitant to stay at this hotel given the online pictures. The decor is a little dated, however, the location is perfect and the hotel is incredibly clean. The staff clearly work hard to ensure the facility is spotless. Our room was clean, fresh towels and beds made daily. The breakfast had a great variety of items and it was nice to have some things to grab and go (yogurts, granola bars, Chex mix, apples, bananas) the breakfast attendant was very friendly and really takes pride in her work. The price was great and we’d certainly stay there again.

Been staying here for the corporate training for last three weeks. This week the room wasn't up to the expectations. Microwave was not working, bathroom was cleaned but shower needed maintenance The lights above the sink flicker constantly. I had a better opinion for the last two weeks but will rethink of coming back. The staff are trying hard to do their best.

Comfortable and quiet hotel close to Biltmore Estate. Looks and feels a little dated but well maintained overall. We were in a room with 2 queen beds. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom set up not that great, water spilled out of the shower onto the floor even with care taken to close the curtain, and poorly lit. The basin section was good. Weirdly there was only one bedside table and reading lamp to share across both beds.

Great stay from start to finish. Room was exceptionally clean and the staff were super friendly. Extremely close to Biltmore House for anyone going to visit and the price which included breakfast was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to stay there again

Wonderful experience with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Breakfast was amazing with just about everything offered. The lady covering the eating area was very pleasant and efficient . She was on top of everything and made sure it was well stocked. It would be my choice when visiting Biltmore.

It's probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything was super clean, and the room was spacious. We stayed in the whirlpool tub room, and it was a little outdated, but otherwise perfect. Will definitely be coming back. Breakfast was also great, AND they serve it until 10 am, unlike most other hotels.
