This hotel is disgusting. It is filthy. DO NOT STAY at this hotel. The pool was green, the room was filthy. The sheets were stained, there was food on the floor, dust an inch thick, dirt in the corners, the microwave was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the room smelled horrible. The guests were undesirable, very sketchy, weird stuff going on. Looks like people are living there. I repeat do not stay there!! Pay $30 more and get a clean and nice hotel!

One of the worst hotel stays ever. I used Wyndham points to book and I feel like I received the worst room since the hotel wasn't going to make any money. The beds were so hard we could hardly sleep and they had a thin blanket between two flat sheets. The air was on so high when we arrived that the room was freezing and we couldn't warm it up. The floors and carpet were dirty. The bathroom door couldn't be opened all the way because it hit the toilet - that leaked and never stopped running while we were there. And to make meters wise, no coffee for breakfast because their machine was broken. First time EVER, in all of years of traveling, that we couldn't have coffee.

This place is gross. Curtains have stains all over them. Headboard has not been cleaned in who knows how long. Outside door has tape on the latch so anyone can come in. The local less fortunate community uses this door to come in and wander around then leave. Pool is disgusting and has been for months, so don’t think it just happened. Pass this place up and consider it a no go!!

Room 104. Weird smell in the room (cleaning fluid?) makes it a bit hard to breathe. I'm glad I'm not asthmatic, or this would be trouble. The Office Chair is heavily worn and should be replaced. Both Shower mounts are broken so you have to hold the spray nozzle at all times. Blackout curtains don't seal well so don't plan on a dark room during daylight hours. The bath towels are EXTREMELY thin - not from wear - the towels are just the lowest level bargain variety. The volume control on the TV remote seems non-functional. The door by the handicap parking is locked after 6:30 - this rather defeats the purpose of having the handicap parking space located close to the door.

Looked nothing like the photos. It needed to be severely updated with new everything from furniture to stained curtains. The paint was half done in the bathroom. The door was so bad you had to slam it to open and close it and the lock had been changed and was smaller leaving a gap. See pictures. The carpets felt sticky and everything looked old and dirty. It smelled as if the room had been "cleaned" with so much Fabulouso it burned your eyes. The tv had cords missing. The breakfast was just as bad comprised of rubber eggs and greasy sausage or frosted flakes and fake oj. They had waffle machine, toaster, and place for pastries but all were empty. Stay away!

We have stayed here quite a few times and have never had any issues. The rooms are always clean, the air conditioner works well and the rooms are good size. Staff has always been friendly. If you Are in the area and need a clean room for the night at a very reasonable price that's also pet friendly definitely give them a shot. UPDATE: I just read a review by someone named Gina a week ago and they said that the room was filthy, microwave was dirty, inch of dust on everything, bed was stained, looked like people living there etc .... I do NOT believe that at all. We stay there A LOT and have NEVER had an unpleasant stay. The rooms are very clean, it's very quiet, the outside is well lit. IDK what this person was expecting but I don't believe it and know people do this in hopes of a refund or discount on their next stay or something because what they said is simply not true. Unless they post pictures of this so called filth I don't believe it. We just stayed again on 8/3/24 room #129 and I attached photos this time and we had no issues

Hallways and carpet was very dirty and need to be vacuumed. Entrance ways on both back south and north doors have not been cleaned in weeks very dirty. The mats in front of the doors were disgusting and the tile floor looked like they haven't been mopped in weeks. Trash blowing around in the parking lot and cigarette butts laying around everywhere. Dope smokers happy to greet you as you try to bring your luggage through the door. I expected alot better and cleaner establishment than this.

If I could rate zero stars I would. We checked in went to eat came back and checked out because of the state of the room. There were feces on the toilet, smears on the wall, mold on the walls, the pool was green, the side security door had duct tape keeping it open to just anyone and the halls reeked of weed. And we have been denied a refund. Disgusting hotel and disgusting service.
